“You Won't Leave Hungry”

You will most definitely need reservations months ahead of time to get in. The service was impeccable, and the food is very good. I would recommend getting the poutine to share. It is one of the things they are known for, and it was delicious. The steaks are incredibly huge! My family all chose the t bone steaks, and they are twice the size of the usual portion. If you have younger children who qualify as adults for meals, you may want to get one plate that they can share. The ambience was nice, and not too noisy. Overall, this was an enjoyable and unforgettable meal.

“Loved It - Incredible Filet Mignon!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 7, 2013

Le Cellier turned out, for us, to be one of those rare "it lives up to the hype" places. In fact, we kind of went in thinking it couldn't possibly be as good as the incredibly lengthy waiting list to get in there would justify. As it turns out, just about everything was perfect. We were seated very quickly after we got there and right on time for our reservation. The breadsticks were incredibly good, especially the pretzel ones (my sister says to post a tip: "don't fill up on the breadsticks - leave room for dessert" as we didn't have the space left to try dessert on our first visit). Our filet mignon was cooked perfectly, even though the two of us take it differently. They brought out both at the same moment and the sauce on it was out of this world good and very tasty. The price for the place, no doubt, is high, but we felt it was worth every penny and we will now be planning return visits here by booking well in advance on all future trips. Oh, and on that note, this is not a "walk up" place as we saw people being turned away without reservations. In fact, we booked about 3-4 months in advance and even at that, most of the slots seemed to be full. This really is one of the best meals I've ever had and was one of the highlights of our vacation.

“Excellent meal, beer, and service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 7, 2013 via mobile

Sharing the filet mignon entree was one of the best things we did here. It allowed us to enjoy a Cellier poutine as an appetizer, a side of creamed baby spinach, and three excellent beers, between the two of us. We were still too full for dessert, but at least we didn't have to leave any food uneaten. Make reservations before coming to the park, up to 120 days in advance, to get your choice of seating times. Ooh-la-la! This was good! Poutine was very salty, but everything was delicious. The bottled beers by Unibroue were very tasty, especially the Trois Pistole.

“Great meal, atmospher, and service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 7, 2013

Dined at Le Cellier on the last night of my honeymoon. It was so good! Most of the time they literally don't take walk-ins because they are so booked with reservations, so that really says a lot.

The restaurant has sort of a cozy feel and is on the dimmer side - the atmosphere is quite nice. Our waitress was absolutely amazing and took great care of us. She ran through the entire menu and made a few suggestions, which we followed! The sourdough pretzel breadsticks are great to dip in the cheddar/beer soup.. that was one of her suggestions and it did not disappoint!

We also ordered the le cellier poutine.. again, so delicious.. best poutine I've ever had - it had truffles on it, which are my absolutely favorite! My husband and I also ordered the filet with mushroom risotto and it was tasty, tender, and quite filling. We couldn't get enough of either. Well worth $50 an entree!

This was a great choice of restaurant to end our honeymoon with, and it was recommended to us by family, so we are glad we listened to them!

You'll definitely enjoy this place.

“Best Filet Mignon Ever!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 6, 2013

Wow what can you say! This was an awesome experience, the Filet Mignon is all it was hyped up to be. That was the best steak I think I ever had. The atmosphere was cool and it was very nice all around. Just an FYI if you have kids there wasn't much that they liked about this place, but definitely a place for a couple to take advantage of! Awesome!
