One of the most difficult dinner reservations to get is at Le Cellier in the Canada pavilion of Epcot. And I completely understand why. The food, service, and atmosphere are all superb. You don't even feel like you are Ina crowded theme park anymore. Our server, Rhys, could not have been nicer or more helpful! We started out with a great bread basket, that includes pretzel bread straight out of the oven. When we finished up the pretzel bread, our server promptly asked if we would like more - and, of course, we said yes! I had a great wine from e wine list, which is a very nice selection and actually reasonable prices for a fine restaurant. The meal was so good! Instead of a regular appetizer, we had the lobster "poutine" which is a Canadian comfort food that traditionally involves French fries, cheese, and gravy -- except that had beautiful chunks of lobster with a lemon crime fraiche. My filet mignon and risotto were perfectly cooked. I just wish I had saved room for dessert. So, the moral is - check for a reservation as soon as possible to get a table at this great restaurant.
