This place has a large selection of Mexican and Cuban food. The portions are large and sharing is a good option. We were a party of 5 and we were greeted right away and shown to our table. The waitress was well informed with the descriptions of food on the menu. She quickly brought us chips and salsa, which was great but a little thinner than I like. My husband said the carnitas were some of the best he had ever had. The Monterrey vegetarian that I ordered included a taco, enchilada, burrito. Others had chicken fajitas, carne asada and Cuba changa. Everyone enjoyed their food. The fresh guacamole and margarita should not be missed. Good service, good food, give this one a try!

This place has an extensive menu of great choices. I usually get the Enchiladas, you can choose two or three, and two is always more than enough. The food is good and you get a lot of it! Each plate at our table weighed about 5lbs! The fajitas were just so-so, very oily. On the negative side service has been very slow every time we've gone here (hence the three star rating). Chips and salsa come about 10 minutes before waters. There is no hostess, so you'll stand at the front of the restaurant for at least a few minutes before being sat. The check won't come unless you practically pull on the waitresses leg. Prices are reasonable though and the food is usually good. Will go back if I'm craving Mexican food and don't mind a 2 hour dinner experience.

We were driving along looking for a place to stop for dinner and randomly chose this place. Our first impression was not good because the hostess was not at her station and several minutes went by before someone came over to seat us. Once seated, the waitress was patient and explained the menu, made some suggestions and took our order. The salsa was excellent as was the 7 layer dip. We split a combination fajita and still had some to take home. Good value and great food.

The really amazing thing about our meal was the HORRIBLE service we received. We had lunch with a group of 12 people, but the restaurant wasn't busy at all for lunch on a Saturday (which is a clue about how bad it is). For the hour and a half we were there, not once did the server check on us to see if people needed refills on their drinks. And it took forever for the drinks and food to be served.

We won't be going back there ever.

We were a party of 4 in this Mexican and Cuban restaurant. First thing we noticed was there were more than a few Hispanic Families eating here which to me is always a big plus. Servers were friendly, we were not rushed, and explanations and suggestions gladly provided. Chips and salsas were refilled continually. Margaritas were made well, inexpensive, and served in pretty big glasses. The food was well prepared and mostly had great flavor. The one exception was the mole sauce that I had which was bland. All other sauces were very very good. The restaurant has a welcome feel about it and is very comfortable to sit in and relax. Regarding the portion size all 4 of us have good appetites and can and did eat heartily. Our leftovers provided lunch for the 4 of us the following day.
