We stayed from March 19(late check in-11pm) to March 25(10am checkout). This was our first time here and we rented direct through an owner. We had room 593 in tower 5 (Torre de la Luna). We faced the lake area in center of all the condos.

Cons: we had many maintenance issues: A/C barely working-never did really get this solved, garbage disposal not working-fixed., parking pass desk, & ,stove burners not working-fixed.
The front desk were we checked in was great,no line as it was after 10pm. We were then told we had to obtain a parking pass at a different desk. It was basically a time share desk to get you to fill out paperwork-which they said we must do, since all our information at the front desk had the owners name on it and not ours. I said were were not interested in the time share, but would just like our parking pass, we'll they made it really difficult to get the parking pass which we must have on our vehicle per Wyndham.

Pros: the scheduled transportation from the condo. The pick up is near tower 6 and the clubhouse(lobby-check in area) The elevators were very fast.
We liked the space that the condo had for the 3 of us. Nice balcony with furniture.

The condo was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The master bedroom had a king bed. The masterbath had 2 sinks separated by a door.
The second bedroom did not have a ceiling fan which would have helped with the lack of A/C.
There was a ceiling fan in the master and the living room. There were 3 Philips flat screen TV's in the unit. A DVD player in the living room.
The kitchen had laminate counter tops, paper towels, scrub sponge, kitchen towels, placemats, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent for in unit washer/dryer.GE stove/oven, microwave, & dishwasher. The toaster, blender, & coffee maker were Cuisinart brand. Coffee filters were included as well as hot chocolate mix, salt & pepper,coffee(2pks),sugar pack, & 1 popcorn. We had to ask for more laundry detergent since there is no housekeeping service during your stay. If you have many people or drink lots of coffee, ask for more coffee.
The bath products were True Blue spa by Bath & Body Works-lotion, shampoo, & conditioner. There was also a mouth wash-not true blue brand.

The transportation-the earliest in the morning was 8am. The return times from Animal Kingdom & Hollywood is around 4pm,so if you get done with these parks early, just make a note of this.

We could only get wired internet to work in the unit. An ethernet cord was provided by the kitchen telephone. This was also the only hook up area we saw in the condo.

There are many resort activities on site, but we were there to go to the theme parks, so we did not take advantage of them. The pool by tower 5 has a lazy river theme.
They are still working on the "new tower(maybe called tower 7?)" near tower 6. The pool area and outside has yet to be finished(March 2011), there was no noise that we heard from tower 5.
We would stay here again if in the area.

Check-In was a nightmare. We got in 45 minutes before the 4 p.m. check-in, and there was no line for the front desk. However, they refused to check us in a little early, and we had to wait in the lobby until the exact time. Then when it was time, there was a huge crowd hovering in that area, and everyone started scrambling to get in line. We were in an older unit, and the TV's were old, and the one remote didn't work right. One morning, there was no hot water. Did not even try to use the amenities, especially the pools.....way too overcrowded at all times. For the large volume of guests that stay there, there should be more pools! We actually had to go to a friend's resort and use their pool. There were far too many buildings, too, in this resort, and they are crammed in like sardines around the other hotel properties. So, if you plan on spending an exhausting day at the parks, don't expect to return to a relaxing and laid back atmosphere back here.... The high noise level in our building and on the property was disappointing.

We stayed at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort for three nights during spring break. This hotel is massive. There are nine (one still being built) towers that surround a large pond of water with a fountain in the middle. This place is beautiful and has lots of things for the kids to do. If your kids like to swim, this place is for them. There are SO many pools, slides, and hot tubs. There even a water playground for the kids. The regular playground is also a nice touch to keep this kids entertained. The rooms were VERY nice and clean. This resort is located within the Disney properties so it's handy if you're visiting Disney. But, there isn't anything near the hotel (such as shopping, convenient stores, etc.) But, these items are a VERY close to drive to. We will definitely consider coing back to Bonnet Creek Resort.

We just returned from Bonnet Creek. The check in was quick and easy, the rooms extremely clean. We loved the pools and the lazy river. We also took the shuttle bus to WDW Magic Kingdom and saved ourselves 14.00 on parking. The bus drops you off right at the ticket booth where you catch the monorail. Downtown Disney is also very close and has some great restaurants. We also loved the poolside bar, they serve great hamburgers and homemade chips. There is also a poolside bar that serves pizzas and can deliver them to your room that is really reasonably priced. The room itself was loaded with everything we needed for our stay. Every staff member we saw was extremely friendly and helpful. My family didn't want to leave and are looking forward to our vacation next year.

Resort has so much to do for families, teens, and adults. Many themed pools to choose from, with more in construction phase. 18 holes of Mini Golf, Volleyball, Pool, PIng Pong, Chess, Game Room and BBAll courts in the near future. Beautiful rooms and ammenities. Landscaping is very pleasing. Great views of Epcot and evening fireworks if you have the right room! Only a few cons.... check in if you are not VIP can be a bear - long lines and wait times during spring break season - though they do feed you pizza while you wait. Very little options for eateries - though I understand part of the expansion includes 5 new restaurants and bars adding some nightlife would be a plus for those traveling without small children! Pools are very crowded during Spring Break Season - so if you want a chair better get up EARLY!
