We stayed here for a family reunion and I have to say we had a wonderful time! The resort has so much to offer that you almost do not want to even leave the grounds.. We had a 4th floor one bedroom suite that was very nicely furnished and all the basic amenities were provided. Two flat screen tv's in the unit as well as a washer & dryer! The resort has so much to offer; 3 pools, hot tubs, various activities for the children and a nice poolside bar for the adults. I do have a couple of things that might be a concern for some people. Some people in our party used debit cards to book the room and were not informed at booking about the $100.00 block for charges made to the room. That caused a bit of anger from those on a strict budget because the block would not be released for 5 to 7 business days. I just wish the group planner had mentioned it when we blocked the rooms so I could have informed people in advance. They were not upset with me but....Also the parking is abysmal if you return to the complex later in the evening. Even the handicapped parking spaces were taken and we had several people in our group that were not very mobile. I would stay here again though because it was centrally located, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff very helpful and all in all it was a really good trip.

Room Tip: We had a room located on the south side so the balcony overlooked the tennis courts. Very quiet in t...

This hotel was nice for visiting Orlando, especially in the Disney area. Great for families with a Publix grocery store across the street and all the rooms are suites. There really isn't a good restaurant on site so you will want to have food in room or you will have to go off the property to eat. (They have little snack bar but not a very big menu and food is just okay.)

If more than two people, would suggest you get something bigger than a studio. The studio was nice for two people and loved the screened in balcony. We were in building 6 overlooking the lake. The higher in the building, the better the view. Definitely want to ask for a lake view room.

All of the people working here that we dealt with were very nice. We did get the timeshare talk when we checked in but told them we were not interested. We had some issues with the WiFi but were able to get help. We would have to log back on several times a day and that was a pain but at least it worked.

And yes, if you are in building 6 or 7, you can walk out of your building, through a gate and be at the outlet mall. Convenient if you want to shop.

Room Tip: The higher floors overlooking the lake are the best views. If you want a quiet room, ask for Buildi...

Another opportunity to stay at this resort and another wonderful time. Central location to all of the parks and attractions; and once again, smiles and "hello's" from a helpful staff. And a kind thanks to Spencer at our check in; 4 great nights in a huge 1 bedroom suite

We stayed here with our two small kids and parent in laws for one week. We had a 4th floor 2 bedroom unit and it was across from the trash shoot was did not smell at all but was rather convenient. The room was furnished and there were only 2 things wrong: the toaster did not work and the patio light went out. The stay was nice and quiet. Staff was friendly. We ate at the pizza place by the pool and it was good. One warning: the two times that we had the starbucks from the lobby it was not good:(

We used our RCI points to exchange for a week at this place over March spring break this year and we are happy with our choice.

We stayed as two families, 4 adults, 4 kids in a 3 bedroom suite and there is plenty of room for everyone. The suite in general is well maintained and clean. We do not expect daily house keeping but with all the other time shares we stayed before, there is usually a mid week cleaning when they would replenish towels, supplies etc. However by day 4 there was no once coming by and we used all our towels for the pool and waterparks. We had to keep housekeeping and they just left a bag of towels, literally in a big plastic bag, for us to sort out. They also only gave you a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner for check in and never replenished for our 7 day stay so make sure if you are staying longer, bring your own! It is not a big deal but there could also be improvement.

We feel like we are on a cruise ship as there is LOTS of activities going on every day. You literally do not have to leave the resort. The one activity my kids enjoyed the most was pool side movie at night watching "Frozen". It is quite neat staying in the pool or hot tub and watching a movie at the same time!

Parking is really busy. We stayed in building 7 and unless you are back super early, say around 6pm, we were never able to park by our building. There are lots of parking by the reception and the walk, using the bridge across the centre lake, is actually not that bad. At the same time, they will shuttle you from the reception area to your building too if you do not want to walk.

If you like to shop, ask for a unit at building 5, 6 or 7 as the outlet is literally right beside it. Publix supermarker is also just across the street and we did all our grocery shopping there.

Other than the housekeeping, it is a very nice resort for both adults and kids and I would stay here again next time we are in Orlando

The resort is nice, however the traffic to get there is insane because of the outlet mall which is right next door. I would only recommend this resort to someone that wishes to go shopping because there is easy access to the mall without the hassle of parking. This resort is perfect for Black Friday shopping! Other than that, the room was not that comfortable and the internet sucked!

Thank you for your feedback. Although we’re pleased to hear you thought the resort was nice, we regret the traffic in the area, as well as the challenges you had with our complimentary HSIA system during your stay, marred your overall experience and apologize for the same. Thank you again!

First time staying here, and would definitely stay again! We were about 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Universal Studios, and just a few minutes from Downtown Disney. We drove an hour one night to the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa which was a nice adventure. The shopping plaza within walking distance of the hotel was great. Staff were very friendly. We arrived on a Saturday night and found that it was movie night in the pool area--kids and adults floating around the pool watching a Disney movie that was projected on a big screen, very cool.

There was plenty of room by both pools and I didn't feel like I was sitting right on top of other people. The bar/restaurant by the big pool had a nice menu and reasonable prices. Didn't care for the pizza takeout place. Our room was cleaned every day we were there, though we hardly needed it because we spent the majority of our time exploring Orlando or soaking up sun by the pool. We used the fitness center. It was small, but I never had to wait for any weights/machines. Overall great value!

Room Tip: We had a suite on the corner overlooking the water. I will definitely be requesting that again. I no...
