“Holiday Of A Lifetime”
Reviewed April 20, 2014

What a great place staff are awesome - especially Sunny she is a darling - the best waitress according to my children and niece. Very good value, huge portions. Sports screens and great atmosphere without being intimidating or overpowering. Would recommend it highly.

“Loving the Zingers.”
Reviewed April 20, 2014

I have been visiting Orlando for a number of years and still enjoy the Ale House Zinger Melts above all other easy foods in the location. I've visited a few Ale House's and all do good deals on the food and drinks on different days and the staff are always really friendly. Definitely try an Ale House if you visit Orlando as much better than some of the bigger chains. Great location for watching local sports also.

“Downhill”
Reviewed April 20, 2014

A few years ago I used to stay at a hotel near this restaurant and visit often,it was always tasty but this year on holiday we visited and we were totally disappointed. The server got the drinks wrong,my sons meal wrong, served cold zingers and cold fajitas! Although food isn't too expensive here they still charged nearly $4 for about a dozen cold fries! This was a major disappointment considering I used to recommend this restaurant. With so much competition I know I won't go back.

“Nice place... and had proper Cider!”
Reviewed April 12, 2014

Stayed at the Doubletree hotel across the car park (for just under 2 weeks) so this place was a easy walk, never needed to visit the hotel bar in the end. Choose this place over TGI's for a bite to eat one night half way through the break, wished we had visited earlier. Went three times in the end (twice for food), unfortunately due to road trip logistics we couldn't manage to get there more. Doesn't look much from the outside but never judge a book by it's cover! Various seating options, we sat at the high bench tables both times. Preferred this as less formal.

The indoor outdoor bar is pretty cool, didn't actually notice it before we visited for the first time. Handy it's open until 2 am every night... it was busy every time we were there. Good crack at the bar, two nights we were there until closing. Good number of TV's.

Wide selection of food and the quality is pretty good and, more importantly very good value for money. Had the steak Fajitas one night and the 12oz prime rib steak special another. What a bargain for $12.95! Wanted a light dessert so ordered a ale house sundae expecting two scoops of ice cream, lets just say they must use big spoons. Bargain for $4.

As more of a cider fan back home, tried Angry Orchard. Was on that for the remainder of the holiday. A proper sweet cider which is quite surprising to find state side.

And finally must specifically mention that the staff are fantastic and friendly. They even make the effort to say hello when returning. We don't get that in the UK! Maria and Brittany looked after us for the food, Tiffany at the outdoor bar. Always had my cider flowing. The service was good even when it was really busy.

Will definitely make the effort to go here when in the Orlando area.
