Hard to believe you can leave a restaurant almost $1K lighter and feel good about it. A wine list worthy of Buckingham Palace. Highly recommend the caviar and chilled vodka to start. The coffee brewed table-side is also cool. Compares well to places like Michael's Gourmet Room in Las Vegas, just somehow more refined?!? Smaller portions, but you are past full by the time desert shows up. Would not recommend on one's first Disney trip, but not to be missed on your 10th or 12th. Worth the effort of getting dressed up. Free valet parking. Personalized menus that will go on our "travel wall."

I was fortunate to be able to dine at V&A's while on the WDW Platinum Plan. Upon arrival, I was greeted, by name, offered a cashmere shawl (it showed that I was chilled), and seated at an elegant table with a wonderful view of the harpist. Two small roses adorned the table and a single tall candle was lit. I worked at an upscale restaurant, years ago, but V&A's is, hands down, the best dining experience I've ever enjoyed.
My head server was John, assistant was lovely Terri- both were warmly welcoming, well informed of their product, and not the slightest bit pretentious. They returned with flawless timing, presented perfectly, and handled each detail swiftly and with ease. The harpist played a sweet variety of Christmas and Disney themed tunes. Guests at other tables were greeted with fond wishes for a variety of occasions- birthdays, anniversaries, return visits... such a welcoming environment!
The meal.... oh, the meal. Each course was AMAZING! I am not what I would consider a "foodie", but allowed my palate to be the judge. John presented each course with enthusiasm and obvious knowledge of it's details (ingredients, where it originates, how it is prepared, etc.)... I was EXCITED to try each entity! Simply delicious.... just the right proportion, textures, balance of flavors... I couldn't believe what I was experiencing!
The meal concluded with a fine coffee experience (I won't spoil it), presentation of a single, long-stemmed rose, and a variety of chocolates (all the ways to a woman's heart)!
I'm not one to usually splerge on a meal, but if you would like to have an appreciation for a restauranter and their staff giving you an impeccable experience, please visit this fine restaurant and ENJOY! I will definately return.

We ate here for the second time in 13 years this past week. It was a lovely meal but cost us over $500 for two with tip. I must say I enjoyed it more the first time but both meals were exquisite. A few minor changes from the first time. Used to be all the men waitstaff were Albert and the women were Victoria--now they have their own names. It is a five-star dining experience.
