Once again, Ming Court has given us a memorable dinner. Each time we dine the service, food & ambiance make it a meal to remember.
Come in from I-drive & be very pleasantly surprised by the interior. As you walk over the koi pond you will enter a well-decorated venue. We like to dine in the smaller lowered dining room, complete with a huge dragon on the ceiling. Nightly there is a duo playing music as a backdrop to your meal.
Ask for Joe, he is a gracious waiter. He'll answer any questions you have about the sashimi names or sushi roll compositions, makiing sure to give you a list if you need one. Joe definitely knows how to provide professional service & will ensure a perfectly paced meal.
We have tried several appetizers, the duck soup was tasty as is the seaweed salad. In the sushi selections, the Tampa roll & dragon roll are very well done, always tightly rolled & great presentation. The sashimi platter is fantastic, good-sized pieces of fish with ample fresh ginger supplied.
On several occasions one of the owners has come around to ask how we have enjoyed our meal. We appreciate that attention to detail & gracious qpproach.
After relaxing over our Sake, we only wish to live closer to Ming Court, we would be there MUCH more often.
