A little hard to find, this TexMex restaurant located at Coronado Springs Disney World. A couple of years ago, we had the best margarita ever, in cooled metal cups. Unfortunately, this has been changed to ordinairy margarita on the rocks, still good though. And the food is really good, excellent fajitas with beef and one of the best enchilladas with superb beans as a side. Also quite wonderful and unusual desserts. Personnel is OK, but not special. This place is a little more expensive than the average Mexican restaurant but worthwhile visiting.

This is a nice restaurant for a hotel restaurant. The food was good, but the amount of food served was way too much for us.

We had a dinner for 2, but we could have fed 4 on the amount of food we were served. The atmosphere is quite nice, live music, water fountains, nice decor.

We ate dinner here while staying at the restaurant. Margaritas were great but the food took forever. A charming waiter named Gilberto did his best but the kitchen was quite backed up. It took almost an hour and a half to be served!! We had a very hungry 7 year old who stood gazing toward the kitchen trying to get his taco. Gilberto also recommended we get the fajita dinner that is recommended for 2. When it came, we saw that it was enough food for a family of 4! Took it back with us and ate it for another whole meal at poolside.

We enjoyed our Valentine's Day dinner at the Maya Grill. This restaurant appears to be off the radar as we had no trouble securing a last minute reservation that same afternoon for dinner that evening. The Coronado Springs resort is fairly isolated- not connected via monorail or walking path to any theme park, hence the ease of reservation.

The food was fantastic- a nice change of pace from typical American fare- although they also offer "north of the border" selections if that suits your mood. Our 6 year old daughter ordered the beef tacos and found the meat to be a little on the spicy side. My husband and I both enjoyed the "Three Amigos" Platter; a dinner plate with beef, chicken, and cheese enchiladas, served with rice, beans and corn soufflé. I think we would have licked the plates clean if we weren't saving room for dessert. My husband enjoyed the coconut flan whereas I tried one of their mini dessert cups- chocolate and peanut butter mousse. Not at all disappointed.

The evening we were there they had a man playing live music on a guitar. Set the perfect atmosphere. The music he played was in the Latin style, but in interpreted and incorporated many contemporary songs into his set. It made the music recognizable, yet authentic to the theme of the location at the same time.

In my opinion, the best part about this restaurant is the fact that it is at the isolated Coronado Springs Resort. This is a very large resort, but well spaced out with a very serene walking path throughout. It lacks the hustle and bustle of the Magic Kingdom or Epcot Area resorts. Before leaving the restaurant I asked the server for a cup of coffee to go and we enjoyed a pleasant after dinner stroll around the resort before heading home.

We had a great time at Maya Grill. The food was great and the margaritas were to die for (try the mango blueberry basil margarita!!). We shared the guacamole to start, really good, we would have preferred it to be a little more spicy but it was fresh and chunky so no complaints. The fajitas were also very good. The service was great. To top it off, an amazing guitar player played covers of amazing music, that was a highlight!
