This is one of few restaurants at Disney that takes walk up diners.(no reservation)
We had about a 25 minute wait but was shorter than expected. Bar on porch was open so were able to purchase some libation during our wait.
Once we were seated waiter was attentive and efficient.
Food was hot and very good.
This place is open and very loud. I can't imagine what it would be like if someone were onstage.
All in all a good restaurant.
Would be difficult to converse if you were with a group of people.

Being seated was slow and initially off-putting to be told there is a 20 minute wait; yet see at least 10 tables open, but once we were seated, we received prompt and efficient service from start to finish. The server (Brian) had no qualms with issuing separate checks to our group. The upgraded menu was good, but the "specialty" drinks seemed overpriced. Overall, a good dining experience

Surprisingly good food for a touristy area. The price was reasonable. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. Great atmosphere. Big name bands. A good choice

Had reservations prior to arriving so we had NO Wait at all. The food was great, no complaints from a party of 6. I had shrimp and grits, don't let the price scare you...they were excellent!! Last but not least I'm sure we had the best waiter on staff...Ryan. Ryan took care of us like royalty. Nothing short of a TRUE gentleman!! This was our first visit but surely not our last!! Thanks HOB

I was disappointed by the service here. The food was okay, nothing to distinguish it from a fast food joint, which was disappointing. We waited 30 minutes for a table then twice that long for the food which with three starving kids was poor. Even after that delay one of the orders was completely overlooked. Whilst there was no magic I did think that the waiter was on magic mushrooms as get seemed a bit out there. Overall the vibe was better in the bar area outside the restuaraunt where there was live music. On a positive note the jambalaya us very good. There are better places close by.
