Description: Crossroads at House of BluesR is a lively restaurant and bar located inside the world-famous House of Blues. It features a tantalizing new menu created by celebrity chef and Food Network star, Aaron Sanchez. Enjoy signature dishes such as shrimp & grits, short rib meatball sliders and fire-grilled flatbreads plus some new twists on House of Blues favorites like jambalaya, slow-smoked pulled pork, signature burgers, salads and steaks. It"s food that's bold and classic yet contemporary. Open daily for lunch and dinner, Crossroads at House of Blues is truly the place where food, music & art intersect!

I thought the atmosphere was good, but the food was just OK. In fairness, this was a pre-marathon meal so had to order something fairly "safe" to eat. Had the turkey burger which was OK. We were with a large group as well so it did take a while to get our food, pay our bill, etc, but that is to be expected given the size of our group. Our waitress was friendly enough. So I don't recommend you avoid this place, but also I wouldn't go out of your way just to eat there.

I have been here many many times, because I love Creole/Cajun cuisine. The House of Blues can be absolutely packed with long waiting times in the evening and during the weekend, but it's worth the wait. We had the Jambalaya and Bread Pudding, which was very good. There restaurant is expensive in it's category, but there aren't many places serving up Louisiana cuisine in Orlando so this is by far the best to go to if you enjoy this food.

The new menu that has been created by celebrity chef Aaron Sanchez (Food Network) was first-class -- great new choices and flavors. A 2-minute wait for a table on Saturday night was another nice surprise. The meatloaf entree was excellent - great taste. The server was very friendly and efficient. Overall a great dining experience with varied selections at reasonable prices.

Generally a half hour or more to eat everywhere else at Downtown Disney but 15 min here Sat night 1/5. Food was great just wish there were music inside. It was quiet.

Downtown Disney is a restaurant row of the big boys. No hole in the wall stuff here. These folks are serving and feeding hundreds at a pop. I did my research on TA and was not too excited about the reviews for Downtown Disney and my dining choices. It looked like a real mixed bag and spending money seemed no problem but getting a decent value and a nice meal looked very challenging based on the reviews. Well we ate at House of Blues and got in early around 6:30 pm on a Friday night. While busy we were seated in 5 minutes. The server was very sharp and rehearsed the menu suggestions and was very friendly. Her enthusiasm helped overlook some small hic ups on service. Nothing important as she was really working hard on her tables. My wife ordered the Jambalaya and it was completely forgetable and not very pretty to look at. I ordered the Juicy Lucy burger wihich was crazy good. I only eat a few burgers a year and this one sounded too interesting to pass on so when in doubt go here! The burger was cooked as ordered and the quality of the bakery bun helped it stay together until the end. Middle of the road place and a good value for Disney.
