“Slow service and not all that to be honest”
Reviewed April 14, 2014 via mobile

Went here on the deluxe dining plan and at 2 credits your expecting a good meal, whilst the food was fresh it lacked inspiration!

The Cobb salad was more purée than diced I felt I was in kindergarten - to me salad is big bold and crisp leaves and tempting flavours, this was a kaleidoscope of mulch.

I had the chicken with the spicy chorizo and yellow plantain hash, avocado and tomato sauce. Uhmm, chicken flavourless other than the skin, the chorizo never featured and the plantain hash was err a hash - totally uninspired.

Skipped desert as having been 2 hours thus far, half cleared plates and unattentive server I could bare another hours wait. Disney feeds fast but this was sloooow with the extreme!!

Rather head to the Yachtsman or California for a far better meal.

“Make a milk shake for goodness sakes”
Reviewed April 14, 2014

If a customer wants a milk shake for a four year old you should be able to make it - YOU ARE IN DISNEY. And don't say we (parents) should pick another place because you are really not for kids. YOU ARE IN DISNEY. And BBQ sauce does not go with Salmon.

“Great kids menu- otherwise better for dinner than lunch”
Reviewed April 13, 2014 via mobile

Children's menu is excellent. Varied and healthy options. My daughter had chicken and rice soup and a grilled chicken breast, roast potatoes and green beans- they were glad to swap out the broccoli. But they really, really need a lunch menu with sandwiches and the like unless you want a heavy and expensive lunch. Best option is to go with the Cobb salad appetizer size. The Cobb salad was very, very chopped - as in teeny pieces- but they did not skimp on the avocado or blue cheese. Lobster bisque just did not taste fabulous and it had some weird Asian-tasting fritters on top. Would not get that again. Service was friendly and efficient.

“Very good food and service”
Reviewed April 11, 2014

We did the package with the Fantasmic seating. The meal included appetizer, entree, and dessert. This was a very good meal, especially for Disney. Service was good. A little on the slower side. The seating with this package couldn't be any better. If you are looking for a good adult meal and reserved seating for Fantasmic, this is your place.

We always make reservations at the Brown derby when ever we plan to be at Hollywood Studios. The cob salad is awesome, the mixed drinks yummy... all the dishes I have tired I have been very happy with.
