This restaurant is Hollywood fun and class. The food is expensive but extremely delicious. This restaurant although in a theme park is heavy into specialized customer attention. There is a large fantastic wait staff. The Cobb Salad is so yummy and so are the other dishes. Try it with the Fantasmic Package!

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the Hollywood Brown Derby. The server was very polite and helpful about answering questions. The hostess was very pleasant, and brought a phone to the table once, telling me there was a phone call, and it was someone welcoming me to the restaurant and talking about Micky Mouse. I thought it was a nice touch for a Disney park restaurant. The food was good; not spectacular, but quite good. I had the salmon that came with purple cauliflower and asparagus. It was very good, though the portion size was too big. I just can't eat two giant pieces of salmon. The andouille crusted prawn appetizer was perfect. I also had the banana white chocolate toffee tower for dessert, which I highly recommend.

My wife and I are at this restaurant that came highly recommended, especially the Cobb Salad. We both ordered an entree-sized Cobb Salad and it did not taste right. After about half-way through it we could not eat anymore of it and immediately felt ill in our stomachs.

Late that evening and for four straight days after we both experienced vomiting, diarrhea, bloating, etc. This all immediately occurred after eating here. We both absolutely will not be back. We essentially paid $38 for two below-average salads that made us both ill.

A good meal is served at this hollywood styled restaurant after the infamous Los Angeles icon restaurant. The service is good and the food was done well... I would recommend if you desire to eat here that you get reservations - always busy there...

Arrived for dinner - not a typical Brown Derby - $42 for steak without a baked potato! Very limited menu - not a place for a normal working class person to go. Was so disappointed - wanted it to be like the Brown Derby that used to be in business here in Ohio.
