“Crowded and tip was ridiculous”
Reviewed January 6, 2013

We had to argue to get our reservation seated on time to ensure that we saw the fireworks in front of the castle. The lines were ridiculous. We were seated and had to eat fast to get our place to see the fireworks show. We hit the buffet which was ok but had eaten our food before we got our beverage. Our 18% gratuity was $55.00 to have some drinks poured. We served ourselves. This was ridiculous and I am going to work to get at least part of this reimbursed. Great location and characters, ok food and service.

“Always a good choice for breakfast with the kids”
Reviewed January 6, 2013

The breakfast buffet is a good choice for families with kids and anyone who loves the characters from Winnie the Pooh. There isn't anything relaxing about this meal because you have to try and visit the buffet between character visits. You don't want to miss them because you have to wait quite awhile for them to come back around. The food is good and there are lots of options to choose from. The service is good even when the place is very busy and drink refills come quickly. It's a great way to start off a day at the Magic Kingdom.

“Consistently a safe bet for a buffet in the Magic Kingdom”
Reviewed January 6, 2013 via mobile

We've eaten here many times as table service restaurants in the MK is limited. It's always been a safe bet, but has never wowed us, it's typical Disney buffet food. If you want to see Pooh and his friends and get a lot of food while visiting the MK it's perfect!

“Great experience as usual!”
Reviewed January 5, 2013 via mobile

We have dined at the Crystal Palace probably over 20 times and have always had a great experience! While my boys have kind of grown beyond Tigger and Pooh, we were traveling with a family who were having their son's first visit, he was 5, and he loved it, and my boys did get in the pictures too! :)

The food is good, great selection! We attended dinner on this visit and I love the carving stations of roast beef and I think the other was turkey. Nice selection for the kids and great offerings for dessert! If you are traveling with kids and they are picky eaters I highly recommend dining for breakfast. Definitely an overall more kid friendly menu - with those Mickey waffles!

I only have one complaint about our visit this time. And this reoccurred at every buffet table service where we dined. When we were ready to pay our bill.... Our waitress disappeared! We were a group of 7 and we were all on the dining plan. If you make a reservation for a group of 6 or more you are automatically required to leave an 18% gratuity - I'm fine with that if I don't have service issues, but we had problems at all 3 of our buffet dining experiences. She eventually resurfaced, but we waited at least 15 minutes for our bill, and we had already seen all the characters, so we were ready to leave. In every case I feel, well they aren't worried about their tip - so what do they care!! This is a definite issue that I feel Disney needs to address!

“Excellent service and decent food”
Reviewed January 4, 2013

This is a fun restaurant for the kids because of all of their characters like pooh, piglet, eor, and tigger. The waiters were helpful and the employees made sure that all the characters came to each table. The food was decent- the salads are very good and the desserts were pretty good. They have a sundae bar there, but they do not have enough toppings to go on the ice cream. Overall, it was the worst restaurant our family went to at Disney, but it was still very good. The worst thing about our dinner was waiting 45 minutes outside in the freezing cold temperature even though we had a reservation.
