A pleasant surprise. Food was excellent as was the service. Tasty and popularly priced, considering the location. One minor problem with temperature of food was corrected within moments of being reported to the manager who was constantly moving about the restaurant keeping an eye on her staff and her customers. Offered complimentary desserts in addition to a profuse apology. We accepted the apology and refused the dessert. No room left in the bellies.
P.S. Buffet exclusively for children is a very good idea. Lots of choices and no waiting time equals happy children (and parents). Would dine here in the future.

Great service and good. Our server recommended the pizza which had thick mushrooms of various varieties. Great basil strawberry lemonade to accompany. Husband had lasagna which has never disappointed. Will return

My wife and I recently ate here. We got there before Citywalk got busy, so there was no wait. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. We ordered an appetizer of fried cheese. It was good, not great. We then had the fettuccine alfredo and spaghetti with meatballs. Noodles were not overcooked, so they were good. The marinara sauce tasted good, but wasn't fantastic....I thought it tasted like Hunts spaghetti sauce. My wife said the meatballs were good. The fettuccine noodles were covered in the alfredo sauce the sauce was good, but had chunks of garlic in it. I don't mind a little garlic but considering your noodles arecoverd in the sauce, every bite had crunches of garlic. As for price, everything you get at Citywalk is overpriced, you just hope that it will be good. I can't say that I will be back here.

I have eaten here before and really enjoyed it. We stopped in on our way into the park Hoping for a flaky croissant. Received a cold, flat tasteless grocery store mess. The fruit cup seemed "day old" and anemic. The couple at the next table dumped their fruit cup out trying to find some decent fruit. They ended up leaving the uneaten mess and opted for their yogurt. Save your $ and buy better quality at Wal Mart or Publix. No quality control here. Up your game Universal.

We went to this restaurant mainly because they were advertising a childrens pasta and pizza buffet outside. The buffet consisted of stale cheese pizza which had been left under the heat too long, cold chips that again, had been left under the heat too long, and spagetti with tomato sauce. That is not a buffet. The choice was poor, the food left under the heat too long and inedible. The kids buffet dessert consisted of grapes, or a chocolate mousse. Kids didn't eat any of it and for £12.99 a child, was very poor value for money. Our adult food was ok. Meat balls and pasta average, calamari - nice. There weren't enough staff, the service took far too long. I wouldn't go back.
