We're DVC members and Wilderness Lodge Villas is our home resort so that's where we usually stay during our vacations. The last couple trips, we've eaten at Whispering Canyon for breakfast during one of our last days at Disney.
The Pros: It's great fun! You must ask for ketchup while you're there. Even if you don't really want any ketchup, take my advice and ask for it anyway. Great fun. Waitresses are usually very fun as well, we often get a "snarky" but fun waitress so that just adds to the fun.
The Cons: Eh, the food is average at best. And it's expensive! Not that everything else isn't expensive at Disney too...it surely is. But at least at other places we enjoy the food a bit more. This is really just very expensive, average breakfast food. I much prefer the quality and taste of the breakfasts at Bob Evans and Cracker Barrel.
The Verdict: Well...it's a coin toss, really. I mean, you're at Disney...so I always feel like I want to try different places and experience the food and service while we're there. So if you've never been here before, for that reason alone it's probably worth going. But if all you're going for is the food...uh, there are better places for far less money.
