We were craving Thai food and this restaurant came highly recommended online. The staff was very nice and the food was great. The atmosphere was interesting to look at.

“GREAT Atmosphere, OKAY food”
Reviewed November 5, 2013

Two steps in to this restaurant, and you really feel like you're in for a treat. Their entire restaurant is adorned in trinkets, statues and remnants of Thailand. From the paper parasols hanging from the ceiling to the meditating buddha statues to the traditional floor-seating dining table area, you really feel like you are being whisked away from Florida to the Phi Pan Nam mountains in Thailand. There are signs boasting a Zagat rating, as well.

We ordered crab rangoon, chicken pad thai and fried cheesecake. The crab rangoon were beautifully presented, and were delicious. Unlike most crab rangoon, there was actually real crab (and lots of it) used in these rangoons. It did not taste like immitation or fried cream cheese, as is the case in most restaurants.

The Pad Thai left some room to be desired. There was absolutely no spice and the chef used a little too much fish oil in the sauce, as the noodles were oily and very fishy. It was not bad. For the skilled Thai food veteran, this is not a classic dish. But for those who don't care, you'd probably find great pleasure in this meal.

The fried cheesecake also left some room to be desired. I'm a cheesecake connoisseur so take this with a grain of salt if you must, but the inside of our slice was still frozen, and the actual cheesecake part was a bit cakey, flaky and dry.

All in all, not a terrible meal. I'd probably not go back unless I wanted the truly AWESOME experience that the ambiance provides. I will say, I've never seen a more authentically decorated Thai restaurant. It was a fun experience.

Its was just Okay ; I have seen better Thai in Orlando. Taste was not that great. Portion was small and a notch expensive. But ambiance and space is really good. So I am giving a three stars to this restaurant

“Close to being in Thailand”
Reviewed November 3, 2013

This is a very interesting place from the moment you walk in. You feel like you have been transported to Thailand. The place is large, but you don't feel the size because of the layout. After we stopped looking around and got down to business and studied the menu. My wife said we should have had a menu at home before dining since the menu is expansive. The service was pased to our liking. It took about fifteen minutes for the three of us to decide. I had the sweet and sour pork (chicken or beef also available). The sauce was very like with full flavor and no potatoes as fillers. Jasmine rice was delicious. The only item that was a little below excellent was the mussels. They were from Australia and a little tough. Still very tasty (PEI mussels are best). You get a very good value for the meal. WE will be back later this week before we head home. This is not your variety Thai restaurant. Take your time at dinneer to enjoy the food and ambiance. Enjoy
