It's Copper River Salmon time! We both ordered the salmon and it was cooked perfectly! Moist and tender, very flavorful. It was served with fingerling potatoes and a corn seasoned with bacon and onions, and asparagus. These were great. The side of grilled corn on the cob with a parmesan crust left a lot to be desired. I also did not like the booth in the bar, noisy and crowded and hard to carry on a conversation. To sum it up, great dinner, but could be improved upon.
