We visited this park as part of a rowing regatta. What a nice park. The waterfront is so pretty at sunrise.

We stayed at the campground 2 nights with 3 young kids. The campground is quiet and rustic considering it is right in the middle of a metropolitan area. One of us plays disc golf and there are three courses that are some of the nicest in Florida. The playground is very large for different aged children. We also walked over to the animal farm area(horses, goats, turkeys, pigs) for the kids to look at. Since the pool was closed for season, we didn’t experience. We really liked the park and will return!

Surprisingly great park close to all the parka in Orlando (10 min from Universal). The campground itself is ok. Clean washrooms, decent tree coverage (which is great for people with tent-trailers like us). Not sure about the safety of the park since anyone accessing the prk can access the RV section, but so far so good (fingers crossed). Lots of activities for the kids (make sure you check the pool calendar since it closes early in the season). A fee admin details about the park: no booze (yea right...), no fire, no parking on the grassy area (issue for the larger trailers).

Overall a very nice find!!!

Great park, has many activities such as fishing, discgolf, a pool, jogging trails, just to name a few. Perfect place to take the family and enjoy some leisure.
