Owner description: Orlando's Premiere Miniature Golf Experience Come and experience Central Florida’s newest and most outrageously themed miniature golf – Hollywood Drive-In Golf at Universal CityWalk Orlando! The two all-new, state-of-the-art 18-hole courses are unlike any other miniature golf experience. Inspired by the 1950’s era, guests enter a classic drive-in theater box office area where they select either a “single-feature” (18-holes) or “double-feature” (36-holes) with a choice of two family friendly courses, “The Haunting of Ghostly Greens” and “Invaders From Planet Putt.” Based on vintage horror flicks and “little green men” science fiction films, guests putt through elaborate movie-style scenes, passing through a cemetery, under a giant spider, around an enormous alien robot, through the open mouth of a giant space worm, and into the basement lab of a towering haunted house. Cutting-edge interactive elements and special effects immerse guests further into the “double feature,” and LED neon edge-lighting allows play during the day, night, and late night.

“Fun break from theme parks”
Reviewed June 21, 2013

On our family trip to Universal in October we found the nights to be a bit on the wilder side for our 11 and 3 year old. So we opted to try this mini golf course one night and the movie theater the other. While the youngest wasn't enjoying the golf part as much as the rest of us - we all enjoyed the theming and lack of crowds we found at this small attraction on citiwalk. I'd agree with other reviewers that it was more fun playing in the dark. I would highly recommend this as a good alternative to the crowds of citiwalk and the go go go feeling at the parks. It wasn't the cheapest but there was a deal for both courses I believe- I wish we'd done that but I'm not sure we'd have kept our toddler interested for another round. Our 11 year old would have loved doing both though.

“Great strange place to but it”
Reviewed June 19, 2013

This is often overlooked because it's just over the bridge from the parking garage, right when you enter CitiWalk. When you've had enough of the crowds at Universal, this is a really fun activity! There are 2 sides: sci-fi themed and cemetery themed. These are done super-well. It's in a strange place and would be easy to miss its opposite bubba gump shrimp's

“Fun Fun Fun!”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

In an effort to avoid the Universal crowds, husband and I saw a movie and played both courses on the Hollywood drive-in mini golf at Universal Walk. Although there were lots of people playing on the course we never got caught up and took our time enjoying each hole.

I agree, it isnt the hardest of courses, but it is definitely the most fun. The level of work that has gone into the theme and decorating is the best Ive ever seen. All the staff were really friendly. The fans located around the course have buttons you can press to release a mist of water through the fan. Delicious!

Plus since we played both courses, we got a t-shirt included!

“Wow. Superb”
Reviewed May 30, 2013 via mobile

Got the two rinds package 36 holes. Did ghostly greens first. Super layout. Great atmospheric music and awesome neon lighting. Has to be played after dark for full effect.
Used rain check option and returned the next night to do planet putt. Again as above. Awesome.

Got free t shirts priced at $17 each for doing both courses. Have to be paid for at the same time.

A great way to end your day at universal especially if you have young kids. Mine are 5 and 7 and they loved it. Raved about it for days after.
