“A Great Lunch at Magic Kingdom”
Reviewed July 18, 2013

We had lunch at Be Our Guest and it was fun. It is set in the Beast's castle. The setting is great. There are multiple rooms, each with there own theme. One room is dark and has a the rose from the movie. One room is like the ballroom from the movie. The other room has a giant Belle/ Beast music box. All rooms were awesome.

The dinning experience unique. First off you order your food (mostly sandwiches for lunch). You are given a puck shaped like a rose. My daughter loved this touch. You seat your self and get your own beverage. You put the puck on your table and somehow they find you and deliver your food.

There was 4 of us and we all got different sandwiches. I got the roast beef sandwich. It was good. My daughter really like the turkey. My wife's ham sandwich was okay.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. It is a real neat set up and done right. A must see when in the Magic Kingdom.

BTW- They have changed the menu. I was hoping for the steak sandwich. It was not available anymore.

“Beautiful castle...not great food”
Reviewed July 18, 2013

We were so excited to visit the beast's castle but we were extremely underwhelmed by the food. The atmosphere is beautiful and the service was excellent. We selected the muscles for an appetizer. They were very bland. The strip steak was chewy and not very flavorful. The only positive is that it is the only Magic restaurant that serves alcohol. Will not go again.

“Book in Advance !”
Reviewed July 18, 2013

The newest restaurant at Magic Kingdom is a winner. It starts when you arrive and cross a bridge near a waterfall and enter the castle. The "Beast" is inside and avaialable for photos after your meal is complete. 3 different rooms are available for seating. The "west wing" is dark and shows evidence that the "beast" is nearby. The dinner is great. Steak, Fish and all the usual favorites. My steak was cooked as ordered and my party of 12 had no issues with service or meals. I am always on the dining plan and would advise using the plan when you go to WDW.
Book early and often.

“Great in lunch, not so crowded”
Reviewed July 17, 2013

Me and my family have lunch in Be Our Guest restaurant, the place wasn't really crowded, they have a line were you can see the menu, then you go to the place to order and then you go to a table a wait for the waitress to bring your food. The place is based in the Beast castle from the movie Beauty and the Beast, its incredibly similar to the one in the movies.

We ordered the tuna salad and was delicious, and we buy a soda that we can refill in the beverages fountain, the food was excellent, but there aren't many options to order, at least in lunch. We we were inside they close to begin preparing everything for the dinner were the Beast itself shows off, but they never rush us to finish our meal or to leave the place, you can also take pics of all inside, even when they open the library sections, that is only dinner, they let us take some pics, even though we were there only for lunch.

In general the restaurant is excellent, the atmosphere is good, and in lunch it isn't pricey, I can't tell the same about dinner, we saw the dinner menu when we were leaving the place, and is a most do in your visit to Magic Kingdom and New Fantasyland.

“Lovely food”
Reviewed July 17, 2013

I had the new york strip steak which was cooked to perfection. Other people in my party had the scallop dish and they said that was also good. The location is lovely, completely themed throughout . Don't expect to see belle, as this is the beasts castle. We had dinner , which is full service dining . Tips- ask to be seated in the library, as the main dining room can be noisy, and is quite large, however when you look out the window in this room it does snow outside. The library is much cosier and has the rose from which the petals fall. At the end of our meal, if you had soft drinks , ask for a refill in a take out cup. If you don't have a reservation check in at reception at 4pm as any cancelled tables are released at that time.
