This hotel, conveniently located by the airport, shopping and restaurants in Orlando, has an excellent staff and, with the breakfast, evening beverages and meals included, makes it a pleasure to stay there. Luis, the manager, and his dedicated team...so many names of such courteous, friendly and fun people!... make sure that each guest is treated as a SPECIAL guest. All of the staff units work together to ensure that all guests have an excellent stay. We did!

A great place to stay! Employees friendly and efficient. Suites clean and comfortable. This is an outstanding location for a traveler. Several good restaurants within walking distance. A four minute ride to the airport.

The hotel is close to the airport and a great place to stay upon a late arrival or early departure. We stayed twice there for that reason The hotel is clean and the shuttle to the airport was available upon request even at 4:30 a.m. in the morning. The staff went out of their way when we arrived late for their dinner reception and got us some food and beverage. In addition provided us with a discount coupon to a local restaurant . The dinner reception was very nice which we utilized on our return trip the evening before our departure.

Staff was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Evening social was nice. Property had tons to do for children with a basketball court (basketballs loaned out from desk at no charge!) and a nice pool. Cant stress how friendly and welcoming the staff was.
