Excellent hotel, very friendly, and super accommodating! We received a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and they gave us coupons to Long Horn next door for a delicious dinner. Woke up to an excellent breakfast and now receiving a shuttle to our cruise port! Highly recommend the stay!More

We flew into Orlando the night before our cruise on the Oasis of the Seas! Transportation was provided from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was spot on! Each room was like a small apartment! Kitchen with full size dishwasher and full size refrigerator! We only stayed the one night but will definitely keep this hotel in mind for any future lengthy stays. Really nice breakfast buffet, too!

Nice hotel, relatively clean large room, staff was good, breakfast was decent. I would say the hotel is somewhat dated, but I would still stay there again because of the room size, amenities offered and helpfulness of staff.

From start to finish the staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. We had 3 adults in our room and it was large enough so that we were not in each others way. Kitchen was all stocked and full size refrigerator was nice to have. Plenty of restaurants' in walking distinct. Easy driving to local attractions. Was great for returning our rental car the night before flying out as hotel has great shuttle service to the airport. Only issue we had was there were folks above us with heavy feet running back and forth until well into 11:00pm. when we called the front desk they quickly took care of it. So if you have an issue call the front desk or ask for top floor to avoid this.

We stayed for a night before embarking on our Caribbean cruise. The transfer from Orlando Airport was arranged by calling the hotels front desk and arrived within minutes.
Reception staff were helpful and efficient and helped us to arrange a return transfer to our cruise ship the next day $80 excluding tips.
Our room was large with a very comfortable bed, and even a fully equipped kitchen area.
We were delighted to see that there was a free buffet for an early evening meal, and also for breakfast next morning. What was disappointing was the preponderance of single use plastic cups, plates and dishes for their food and drink and other guests' apparent preference for using them even when eating in only metres away. What a waste of resources!
