Having been to Roy's in Tampa, our expectations for the Orlando restaurant were high and we were not disappointed. Our party ordered a variety -- sea scallops, mahi-mahi, ahi tuna and filet mignon. All of us were delighted with the taste and presentations of our meals. And we had no regrets about not refusing the pineapple-upside down cake for dessert! Beware, though. The service is excellent, but we were almost overwhelmed by the alpha-waiters and the general noise- level of the restaurant.

I love the food at Roy's! We had made a reservation and were seated almost instantly - at 8pm on a Saturday night! However, for the price (it is expensive) I expect good service. I have eaten at this particular Roy's in the past and had outstanding service and outstanding food. This time I was disappointed in our waiter who seemed "out to lunch", although he did not rush us. The food was still great.

Our family has been to Roy's several times in the past couple of years to celebrate special occasions and other times just to enjoy Aloha Hour. We all love Roy's and this is why: Each and every time we go there we are greeted warmly by the hostess and the wait staff (We can't remember particular names but every server we've had has been wonderful and very attentive). We have never had an unpleasant experience and everything we have tried on the menu thus far has been over the top delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts. And the cocktails are something to write home about as well. The managers are frequently seen around the restaurant and will often stop by your table to see how your dining experience is going. We would highly recommend Roy's for all of these reasons. You certainly will not be disappointed if you choose to dine at Roy's.

We ate here while on vacation in Florida. I have always wanted to go here while in Hawaii, but finally got the chance in Florida. The food was delicious. I had swordfish that was wonderful. The appetizers were all great. We had two kids with us and they brought them complimentary appetizers for them without us having to ask. The service was great!

We had a 50th birthday get together at Roy's with a lot of family. I was blown away at the level of service, delicious food and fun we had at this restaurant. The General Manager, Dan Kirby was a gracious host making sure that all of our needs were met. We had a lot of children with us and the waiters were so well trained to cater to the needs of the kids which made them feel important. They even called them out by name when discussing the menu with a few jokes. The meal was coordinated with perfect timing and they even put up decorations for us. The food offerings had something for everyone, from eclectic fish dishes, sweet ribs and excellent steak. I would highly recommend Roy's in Orlando. I really did get the meaning of "Ohana", they treated us like family and friends!
