Having been to Roy's in Tampa, our expectations for the Orlando restaurant were high and we were not disappointed. Our party ordered a variety -- sea scallops, mahi-mahi, ahi tuna and filet mignon. All of us were delighted with the taste and presentations of our meals. And we had no regrets about not refusing the pineapple-upside down cake for dessert! Beware, though. The service is excellent, but we were almost overwhelmed by the alpha-waiters and the general noise- level of the restaurant.
