Me ans my wife were torn on whether to visit because a lot of the reviews were so negative. I am glad we went, alot of people just do not know how to take things in context and so they failed to enjoy. I saw things about angels on motorcycles and how that doesn't happen. Angels are still busy in our world today and they will present in many forms. The Bible states there are angels among us unawares. The homeless man on the street looking for food could just be an angel testing your spirit of love for your fellow man. The shows were well done and people need to remember these shows are presented for children as well as adults, so they will put some more child like things in the shows. The gentleman who played the angel in the show with Daniel and the lions den and talked with the shop owner did an excellent job and sounded alot like James Stewart in his manners and delivery. I made sure to let him know he did an awesome job. Keepup the good work.

A flamboyant, unapologetic and in-your-face display of Christianity in the amusement park format. Devout and evangelical Christians will appreciate this collection of mockups, theatrical presentations, and historical displays more than others. The theater presentations effectively integrated humor in telling Christ's life and teachings. The Passion play was way over the top for my taste, ending with the actor playing Jesus walking into a symbolic heaven while trailing the most ostentatious robe I have ever seen which was followed by some spiritual healing of audience members. The model of old Jerusalem was impressive and interesting and the docent was funny, informative and entertaining. Nice presentation of history of written language and bibles throughout history. Children would likely be bored.

Did Jesus have artificial tinsel Christmas trees in his time? i am sorry but the holiday decor took away any idea of a "holy experience"! definitely not worth the $ 45 !

From the man in the ticket both demanding ID in a less than friendly manner to the woman stuffing us into seats in a half empty theatre with a nasty "move over" to the woman who almost yelled at the man in the wheelchair and the five other elderly people about how security would come and usher them out if they moved too fast, too slow or touched anything - this place was a nightmare. I agree that anyone with any sort of Bible knowledge would be appalled by the cheesy plywood Jesus on the water to the 100's of white Christmas trees that would never be found in Jerusalem ... I could write an essay but I won't. Just save yourself the money and insults and stay away!
