Description: 'Ohana restaurant in Disney's Polynesian Resort offers a Character Dining breakfast and a Polynesian-inspired dinner menu. Both meals are served family-style—quite fitting since 'ohana means family in the Hawaiian language.Character Dining at BreakfastJoin Lilo and Stitch for 'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast! Feel like you're a part of their intergalactic 'ohana when you join them for an American breakfast influenced by the exotic tastes of the Polynesian islands. Menu selections include scrambled eggs, Island-style fried potatoes, Hawaiian pork sausages, smoked bacon and a variety of fresh fruits and breads.Family-Style Polynesian DinnerWhen the doors open for dinner, the bellow of conch shells welcome you to 'Ohana. Adding to the island ambiance are tikis, storytellers and coconut races, in which children sweep coconuts with brooms across the hardwood floor down the center of the restaurant. The family fun continues as everyone is encouraged to play with hula hoops and dance to island music. The 'Ohana servers add to the festive atmosphere, as they dash between tikis and tropical greenery to bring plates of Polynesian specialties to your table. Choose from skewers roasted over an expansive 18-foot oak fire pit, and side dishes include stir-fried vegetables, fried dumplings, lo mein noodles and a salad starter.

“Plenty of tasty food and character meeting”
Reviewed November 3, 2013

This is one of the two best character breakfast/lunch/dinners at Disney World. First my daugher was so excited and happy to get Lilo, Stitch, Micky and Pluto at her side. And she had a chance to walk dancing/making perscussions sound with other kids and characters around and enjoyed the atmosphere of the feast and party. Second, the breakfast itself was excellent, plenty of fresh vegetables, various fruits etc, you can't just finish it up. I found myself more content than I had expected of the dining at the resort. Even now, after experiencing other character breakfasts with Disney Dining Plan, the food here stil shines.

Additionally, I like their Hawaiian style, fruit juice, in addition to the staff's warm way to interact with us etc. and coffee was quite good just as other reviewers wrote.

Actually we arrived 30 min earlier than our reservation and they let us get to the table in no less than 10 minutes after checking in . I was so glad with this because we had to take a very early shuttle bus at 6:30 to reach the Polynesian resort. It was hard for me and my 3 yrs old daughter. Now looking back, the breakfast time(7:30am) was good for us, the place not so crowded, nor noisy/busy as we saw past 8:00am.

I definitely recommend the character breakfast at this restaurant, and will come back

“Delicious food and great company”
Reviewed October 25, 2013

My family and I went to Ohana for the best friend breakfast. Not only did we get to meet Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Lilo, and Stitch, but had some amazing food. This was our first time and we are definitely going to come back. All you can eat fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, and much more! Can't forget about the stitch juice!

Honestly...there is sooooo much food. We dined here as a sit-down meal on the Disney Dining Plan. The food was good. You should definitely dine here at least once on your visit the most Magical Place on Earth!

“Fun and Fantastic”
Reviewed October 24, 2013

Ate here right as it opened for dinner and it filled up FAST! Food is served family-style and is plentiful and all you can eat. Salad, a sweet bread, flavorful chicken wings, pork potstickers, noodles and stir-fried veggies, and roasted pork, beef, chicken, and steak that is brought to your table and pulled off the skewer onto your plates. Adults and children all enjoyed the food, but I saw waiters bring out chicken strips for kids who were upset by the offerings. The kids followed the Hawaiian singer around and learned to hula. The place is not quiet (most Disney restaurants are not) but lots of fun and delicious. Dessert was good, but I was too stuffed to eat much. Bread pudding, ice cream and caramel sauce.
