The Hoop Dee Doo is a classic, throw back to the golden days, of western camp and Disney. If you are a Disney fan and have never been, you are going to love this show!

The show (at this current time) plays 3 times a day. 5:30, 7:30, and 9:30. The show itself is located at "Fort Wilderness camp grounds" (Not the lodge). The parking might be confusing, for some to get into the show. You first will park the car, and you will take a bus to "the settlement" portion of the camp grounds. For some reason, this confuses a ton of people.

The show runs about 2hrs. With dinner being brought out at certain times during the show. The dinner itself is as follows.

Cornbread/ Tossed Salad.
Fried Chicken/Ribs
Mashed Potatoes
Strawberry Shortcake.

The dinner was just ok. But being that this was the late show. We gave in, knowing that most of the food, was probably cooked and had been sitting ahead of time. But the mashed potatoes were really runny. Yummy. But very box type. But all and all it was a very yummy dinner.

The show itself, is just as cute as can be. Bringing back an old Disney style of entertainment. Some audience participation. And great numbers (all kid friendly) (with every now and then...a slight over the head joke, for the adults)

To sum it all up. If you have never gone, you should go. Your going to bring some GREAT vacation memories back from the show. Along with a good nostalgic trip, of a classic Disney show.

Both children and adults loved this dinner and show. Dinner is family style (salad, fried chicken, ribs, cornbread, vegetables, and strawberry shortcake) and we were all pleasantly suprised with the quality of the fare. Frankly, the ribs at Hoop-Dee-Doo were better than what we had at Boma.

The show is also quite fun. Our 9 year old was so excity that he could not stay in his seat. Well worth the 2 meal credits. Last time we went to Mickey's Backyard Barbeque. While we liked that, all agreed that Hoop-Dee-Doo was their favorite.

This was the first time I went to the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue. It was fabulous! It was just a fun-filled family show. The food is awesome! The fried chicken was very crispy. I couldn't get enough of the creamy mashed potatoes! They make the best cornbread.

Went for the first time a couple weeks ago and had a great time. Very entertaining for my husband and I and kept the attention of our 4 yo daughter. We were on the Disney dinning plan and this is 2 sit down meals per person but, considering the tip and all you can drink beer, wine &/or sangria is included, it's a pretty good deal. (I suggest the sangria - was actually very tasty.) The only word of warning is getting to Fort Wilderness takes a little planning. We took the boat from the Magical Kingdom to get there but when the show let out we had to take the bus to Downtown Disney to our hotel.

We have loved every trip to Hoop Dee Doo! We have some great family memories from here and my husband requests it for every trip now! The food is good and plentiful. Cornbread and salad starts the meal. Then comes the main dishes of corn, baked beans, delicious mashed potatoes, BBQ ribs and fried chicken. For the finale there is strawberry shortcake...good but maybe not the best. What makes this meal though is the very corny but highly entertaining show! We laugh and sing along and completely enjoy our time together!
