This was our first experience with this steak house, and it was GREAT! We started with the salad bar with was an awesome precursor to the meat fest that became dinner. The first cut I had was the top sirloin. It was artfully cooked with a crispy exterior and juicey, meat wonderful deliciousness inside. I would like to commend the veggie man. He made my night with his delicious array of roasted veggies on a sword. By the end of dinner we were stuffed and on a meat high. I would definitely recommend
