“Love it!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 8, 2013 via mobile

I love Universal, CityWalk & IOA. So much fun, different themes, so laid back and plenty to do, see, eat & enjoy. It's true that it may be enjoyed more by older kids & adults but how can you give it a low rating for that? That doesn't make it a bad place. Also, what are employees supposed to do when you tell them that? Nothing they can do. Disney is awesome as well but definitely more for little kids. I love it also but that doesn't make it better. If you are laid back and can just enjoy life, you will enjoy the whole Universal of Orlando experience. My family and I always do. (Including the little ones) By the way, none of the parks (including Disney) can help if it's crowded or if there are long lines so to rate low or complain about it, is unfair.

“Harry Potter and...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 7, 2013

If you or your kids like Harry Potter, you'll love what they've done. Get a butter beer or pumpkin juice and a cauldron cake (yum) and then take in the amazing atmosphere of the Wizarding World. Beyond that, the rest of the park is also fun, but we kept going back to Harry Potter.

“Not for Small Children”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 7, 2013

Took my toddlers there for their birthday and boy was it terrible. Islands and Universal are really for older kids and adults. If you have young children, I will not recommend. Other than Cat in the Hat and Barney, there is not much else for them to do. Mine were terrified on most of the other stuff. Save your money and head over to Magic Kingdom. After two terrible days, I appreciate the wholesomeness of Disney Parks. My kids go there quite frequently and NOTHING terrifies them. Universal's customer service is also lacking as they basically shrugged their shoulders when I informed them about our experience. I will not recommend this to families with small children - save your money and spend on Disney that has EXCELLENT customer service and respond to your concerns.

“Too busy to move!”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 7, 2013

Park was clean, however it was just too busy and ride wait times were much longer that displayed. Place just seemed a bit tacky compared to the excellent Universal Studios (although the Harry Potter World looks fantastic).
