I just returned from a conference hosted at the Ritz-Carlton. The place is classy, classy, classy. Yeah, it's out in the middle of nowhere and a cab ride to the local drug store two blocks away will cost you $15 bucks _minimum_ (but hey, it's Orlando, tourist trap central. Can you expect anything less??). But the rooms, ammenities, and service are outstanding. I've stayed in some nice hotels but this Ritz outclasses them _all_.

Stayed here on Business. The hotel is truly beautiful. Large Rooms, elegant furnishings, outsanding pool/spa, incredible service.

Grounds and Resturaunts are First Class. Even has a Greg Norman golf course.

But you do pay for the luxury. The price is not cheap.

Also, the business center could be better (need more computers and phones).

All in all it more than lives up to the Ritz Carlton name.

If you do not care about price and are traveling to Orlando, stay here.

Everything you can expect from the ritz. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. Not worth it if you plan to spend a lot of time in the parks and less time in the hotel. The food in the hotel is great, but not much available close by.

We ended up here after another hotel overbooked us. We ended up staying for 3 nights because this place was just wonderful. From the moment we walked in, the service was perfect! The room was gorgeous: fluffy beds, nice smell (wow!) and a big bathroom! Had a nice view of the pool area and lake. The room service was fast and fairly priced and quite yummy. We had a great time and wished we could've stayed longer. Thanks to the Ritz for a great stay!

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Orlando with our 2 small children for 5 days prior to staying with friends in a villa. After staying at the fantatic Ritz Carlton the villa was a complete let down and we missed it so much we even went back twice to spend the day at the hotel. It was the perfect combination of luxury for adults and being child friendly as well. We had a loevly dinner at Norman's without the children (even though we could have taken them with us if we had wanted). The food was top notch but what made it so memorable was the service the waiters were so friendly and helpful and were genuinely interested to hear whether we were having a good holiday. We dined with the children one evening in the Vineyard grill and they provided a huge box of toys for the children to play with while we were waiting for dinner. Fantastic!
We had a suite with a cot and a roll up bed which was very spacious and the fabrics and furnishings were luxurious. The bathroom was exquisite all marble with a huge walk in shower. We were provided with bags of bath goodies for the children.
The pool and surrounding areas were spacious with plenty of sunloungers. You never felt that you were on top of anyone. The odd special touches were great such as free swim nappies for the baby.
The pool service staff were again very friendly and accomodating.
We really rated this hotel I would go back to Orlando just to stay in this wondeful hotel.
