My husband and I and our two kids stayed here a few summers ago. We got a special rate on-line. The rooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included. It included a buffet. Pool was very nice. We were able to use the JW Marriot pool next door. They have a lazy river. Very close to Disney attraction, Sea World. Would definitely stay here again.

Perhaps "OUTSTANDING" service and facilities is what everyone expects of the Ritz Carlton, but a recent trip to Orlando provided an opportunity to stay there again. The staff is friendly and helpful - and ALWAYS pleasant - without being too intrusive. The facilities were outstanding, and little comfort amenities differentiate this place from all others. Not inexpensive, but this is a place where you tuly get what you pay for - and more.

Room Tip: This hotel is literally connected to the JW Marriott, affording a wider range of restaurant and other facility options. Play the golf course - - - it is magnificent!

This is a very comfortable luxury hotel for a stay in Orlando. Great service from all the staff and free shuttles to all Disney attractions. Will definitely use again on our next stay. restaurants were of a high standard and the pool service was great as were the snacks available there.

You expect to pay alot at a Ritz, but you also expect alot for that price. There is a cost to access the pool. The Spa prices are also more than a deluxe spa in NYC. The rooms are very big though. Comortable beds and BIG bathrooms. I would expect complimentary shuttles to go shopping but that wasn't the case. Taxi charged me $35 to go to the outlets and $35 to return. I've stayed at nicer Ritz' for slightly less. I guess if money is no option this is a good location.

Stayed for a couple of days twice, to "recover" before a more hectic holiday.

Rooms: comfortable, big arm chair, nice balcony, pale blue decor (much nicer than the normal beige), big bathroom, easy layout so most rooms in close proximity
Dining: beuatiful bar just of lobby with good finger food, cocktails and people watching. Service sometimes a little slow. Eat at Norman's - OK, slightly overly attentive service, and menu not hugely inspiring, and lumps in the mash. Breakfast undoubtably the star of the show, beautiful display, everything you could want, including good fruit and juice sections, no wait, and relativly clam even on holiday days.
Service: Consistently friendly, without being insincere (except for Normans)
Facilities: Good Spa, great massage treatments, seperate m/f spa, steam areas, slightly cramped/fussy changing areas. Great, big pool areas (including nice adults only SPA pool). Nice grounds for walking/running.

Overall, great, consistent place to collapse, usually has very good packages. Also tried the Waldorf and this wins handsdown.
