Disney is the best when it comest to firework displays! This is a not to be missed show incorporating fireworks, classic Disney songs and overlay on the castle. Great way to end your day at the Magic Kingdom.

This year we did the whole Dessert/Fireworks thing.

Don't waste your money on the dessert. It's all very rich and overly sweet - nice - but not great value for money. What you are really paying for is the prime location for the fireworks in an uncrowded, private grassed area. It is a great place to view the fireworks from, but in 2018 we employed a better strategy, which cost $0.

We arrived for the fireworks about 90 minutes before time and found a piece of pathway directly in front of the castle, about half way between it and the fountain. We then just sat down on the path and did what we Singaporeans like to call "chope" the space. Of course the kids ran around and played but were fantastically patient. We had snacks and plenty of water with us and to perfectly honest, it was nice just to sit for a while. About 30-40 minutes before the fireworks the space had started to get really filled up with others and the Cast Members made us stand up for the remainder of the time leading up to the event. This is of course so they can cram more people into the space, but we had "choped" really well and managed to keep a good amount of space for ourselves. That's important when you have kids too small to see over the adults in front, but too big to hoist on your shoulders for an extended period.

Anyway - this strategy worked really well and we got excellent close up view of the whole event, and managed to capture a really great video with perfect soundtrack on the iPhone as well.

We didn't stick around for the fireworks but could see them and hear them from our AirBnB. We had been prior so had a long enough day but was still nice to get a glimpse even from afar.

Fabulous firework show at Disney.

A fitting end to a great day at the park. Magical.

Always nice at the end of the day to chill out and watch the lovely firework show
