Stayed here for 3 nights. Parking is free for IHG reward members which is a plus.
The rooms are meh, did not get upgraded. No lounge access.
I had to go down to the front desk at least 5 times as my key card would not work.
This stay just confirmed that top status means nothing under IHG, which is why I’ve switched my loyalty to other chains.
I am sorry you were not pleased with your recent experience. We do recognize your status, however, we no longer have an executive lounge. With our renovation, this was removed as we added more facilities, updated the lobby and meeting space, and are now working on the rooms. I think you will be very impressed if you would allow us another opportunity to be your host. I do appreciate you sharing your experience.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. Love the location. We enjoy the pool. Always clean and inviting. Nice tiki bar next to it to get drinks if you want it. Also light meals and snacks. Rooms are always clean and comfy.

This is a large hotels with standard comfortable rooms. Bathroom slightly dated and the usual bath-shower combination with a curtain seen everywhere in the US. Why not construct a full shower and leave the bath?
We opted the first day for the breakfastbuffet lured by “ fresh juices” and “ your choice of coffee”. Finally we would taste some of the famous Florida oranges as seen on numberplates but never in reality!
For the lattes we preferred we had to pay 4 dollars extra and they were small and of mediocre quality. The juice was fresh from the tin. This remembered us vividly of Sibyl Fawlty who answered, when two elderly ladies asked if they could change their fresh fruit salad: O no, i’m afraid Chef has just opened the tin..”.
We paid 128 dollar for a breakfast for 5. Starbucks next door is a better choice!
Thank you for your comments. I am pleased to let you know that we are in the planning stages of a rooms renovation. This will be the final phase in our full property renovation. We're very excited and do hope you'll return and enjoy our new rooms. I am sorry you were not pleased with the fruit options at breakfast. We do not charge extra for our sliced Florida Oranges but we do charge for whole fruit. Our orange juice is not fresh-squeezed but is 100% orange juice in bottled containers. Again, thank you for your comments and we do hope you'll choose to stay with us again the next time you visit the Orlando area.
I stayed at the Crown Plaza August 1-3. I thought that I was going to stay at a 4 star hotel but I give it a 3. The sofa and carpet was very dirty and I had to ask that a microwave be brought to my room. I forgot my plug to charge my phone and they didn’t have one. What is the point of having a concierge desk if they can’t help you. I had to drive to Walgreens down the street to buy one. I was going to give the hotel a 2 but the staff was prompt in delivering the microwave (which should had already been in the room) and the staff was friendly. Pictures of the couch and the floor. BTW..$16 daily for parking.
