Stayed 2 nights visiting universal studios. Room was clean. Bed was firm which is good for my back. Couple minute drive to the parks. Off international drive so less traffic but close to all it has to offer. Friday's is half a block away. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Family of 4 was comfortable with 2 queen beds and pull out couch. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room we're convenient and filling breakfast to start the morning.

We were here for leisure for two nights and the room was extremely spacious, bathroom was spotless when we checked in, and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I have slept in for a long time. Complimentary breakfast was also better than I expected it to be so overall, it is definitely worth what you pay for and a little more.

For price of hotel you got all your basic needs. Room was clean, and breakfast was good. Did not spend much time in hotel so did not really care how fancy it was just wanted it to be clean (which it was). Stayed here for a Disney trip for 5 nights. Was not big fan of location (was right off highway). Our party got lost many times trying to find hotel.... (did not help we were from a small town and not used to big highways). There is a TGIF restaurant next to hotel which is good. Our party just wished we were closer to Disney and or in a more tourist location. Overall was a good hotel. Would stay at hotel chain again just at different location.

While our location is not the closest one to Disney parks, we are just 3/4 of a mile from Universal Studios Resort, City Walk, and International Drive area. Very close to Universal Orlando - we walked to the park each day. Very large rooms and very clean. Great breakfast to start your day before visiting theme parks. My sons also enjoyed the pool/hot tub 2 of the days.

We stayed four nights during the first week of May for a short getaway to Orlando. The hotel was perfect! It is located on a very quiet side road right off of I-4 and less than five minutes to the parks. It is so convenient to Universal, you would think you were staying on their resort property. We were able to check in early at 1:30 p.m. and the desk clerk could not have been nicer. The room was extremely clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of variety and different items each morning. It can get a little busy at times though. The only issue we had was with other guests slamming their doors at night, but that's no fault of the hotel. Every hotel employee we came in contact with was extremely friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and most definitely would stay here again when returning to Universal.
