We stayed four nights during the first week of May for a short getaway to Orlando. The hotel was perfect! It is located on a very quiet side road right off of I-4 and less than five minutes to the parks. It is so convenient to Universal, you would think you were staying on their resort property. We were able to check in early at 1:30 p.m. and the desk clerk could not have been nicer. The room was extremely clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of variety and different items each morning. It can get a little busy at times though. The only issue we had was with other guests slamming their doors at night, but that's no fault of the hotel. Every hotel employee we came in contact with was extremely friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and most definitely would stay here again when returning to Universal.

Stayed here for two nights while going to Universal. Everything was clean, and we were very close to the park. Beds and pillows were absolutely wonderful. The pull-out sofa was not great, almost completely slanted, but I am giving 5 stars because the strong customer service outweighed the sofabed issue.

We had a sick kid who, sadly, missed his first day at Universal. We left him alone in the room (he's 16) and when he finally decided he was able to eat, he wanted to order a pizza. He texted me at the parks saying none of the pizza delivery places were answering their phones, and he was desperate. (He hadn't eaten in days.) I called the front desk who HAND-DELIVERED a menu to my teen, and made sure that he was able to get a pizza. He even remembered us later, and asked how our son was feeling.

Reasonably priced room (unlike most places in the area) - but service like that is PRICELESS. Plus, it was incredibly convenient to the parks. Highly recommended!

Took my daughter to Orlando to spend a weekend with an old school friend so the wife and I while driving to drop her off saw the hotel and it looked inviting. I love the location, not in the hustle and bustle but seconds away from all the action.
