Stayed here with family for five days during a trip to Universal Studios. We were not disappointed. The rooms were very roomy and had a microwave and fridge. They also had plenty of outlets to plug in/ charge phones/ computers/ tablets etc. Certainly a plus! I hate having to unplug things in hotels. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms have a pull out bed in the sofa, which is in a divided sitting area. I have to say this is also the quietest room I've ever stayed in. I was worried because we were in a room next to the breakfast area but we didn't have any problems and did not hear the breakfast crowd or people coming in and out of the lobby!
The key to breakfast is arrive early! It gets so incredibly crowded they have small tables lined up in the hallway to accomodate as many people as possible. If you arrive after 9am. expect the juices to be more like water and the milk and everything else to be running out. Anytime prior to 9am breakfast was great with no complaints. Totally different story after 9am!
We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was VERY hot but after boiling a minute or two you got used to it but couldn't stay long. Nice after a day walking at the parks. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation.
