This restaurant is one of few Japanese restaurant owned by Japanese owners in Orlando area. Three experienced Japanese chefs got together and opened it several years ago. Food are authentic. Ambiance is hip and modern. Always crowded for lunch by business people near by. If you are coming with a group, you SHOULD RESERVE IN ADVANCE because the restaurant is not so big. Their sushi is one of freshest and well-prepared in authentic Japanese style. For lunch, if you are the first visitor, try their lunch box menu $14 which include a small side salad ( in a glass!), a cup of miso soup, a small appetizer, salmon teriyaki, tempura, california rolls and steamed rice. Street parking might be issue, but there are ample indoor parking behind the restaurant.
