We stayed in this room from oct 9-16 of 2018. We loved not having to get our bags to our room. The room was large enough and it was nice it had a master bedroom. I wish the table was a little bigger but worked well enough. The room was a little dirty when we arrived but nothing bad dust on things high up but overall not bad. Beds we comfortable minus the pull out couch bed was little hard, but that's what you get with that kind of bed. We loved the lay out of the resort easy to get to one of the 3 pools, beautiful statues to take pictures with. Had a little playground my young boys loved to play on. The pools were beautiful even lights up at night in the big blue pool. The cars pool area was neat had the cones as you cabana which was a nice touch. Lots of lifeguards, they were very nice. The one things we didn't care for was the food, it was good but not many choices after a few days of eating their twice a day. Wish the meal plan was better explained at check in. You can turn in one meal for 3 snacks so make sure you cash those in so you don't lose to many. Make sure you understand the kids meals, ask someone on you first time to make sure you don't miss out like we did. We discovered after the 3rd day that you can walk to the pop century resort (5-10 min Walk) and get food their as well, their selection was a little better and different then the on for AOA. The staff was very nice, and helpful. My biggest thing I didn't like was the fact they stop checking bags for airlines at 12 (noon) we had a late flight and took our time packing and bring stuff down had breakfast to find out we were to late to check anymore and had to roll them ourselves along with everything else. Wish it was posted or explained upon check in. (maybe it was and I missed it) All and all it was a beautiful place to stay and will be even better now that the Skyliner is up and running. We are looking forward to staying here again in 2022.
