This has to be be by far one of the best experiences of our trip to Orlando! The arrangement and planning is spot on, I like how when you arrive they have you on file with a name badge printed out for you and also a metal water bottle you get to keep as a souvenir! The tour guides I have to say make this experience as well as the trek itself! They are so funny and really friendly! I would recommend this to anyone who is going to Animal Kingdom. It is fairly pricey but definitely worth it :)

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! This tour was so much fun! The tour guides were very knowledgeable, nice, and safety conscious. I know it's a bit expensive, but it is well worth the cost. I would be happy to pay to do it again. It's a lot of fun to go behind the scenes of the safari portion in animal kingdom. I thought this was a great experience, I recommend it to everyone who's looking for a fun adventure and would happily do it again. If you're thinking about doing this, do it!

We went on the 1:15 pm tour, and our family of 4 ended up being the only ones who signed up for that time slot. What a treat to have a private tour with our on guides and photographer! We were greeted with a big smile and all geared up in our vests, harnesses, etc. We had wonderful, and knowledgeable guides, Jenny and Ashton, and it was a treat to be able to ask as many questions as we wanted and to have so many family photos taken. The hike through the forest is not too challenging, and crossing the rope bridge overlooking the crocs was just the right amount of excitement for our kids (aged 10 and 12). It was a beautiful sunny day and the photos we got were spectacular. We got extremely close pictures with the hippos, giraffes and rhinos. The snack break at Boma was delicious and beautifully presented in a metal container, and it felt like we were on a tranquil resort in the middle of the African Savannah.

This is an expensive activity, but the guides really cater to your interests, to ensure you feel like it's your tour. Given we are not going to Africa in the near future, I was so happy we could take our kids for a glimpse of what it would be like. When we finished our tour and rejoined the crowds in the AK park, we really appreciated the serene beauty of the trek.

This is a unique opportunity to go behind the scene and take a special hike on the wild side at animal kingdom.. It is well worth the $129.00.when you get there they gear you up for a hike over gators hippos swinging bridge ets. Great tour informative and you also enjoy a lunch punched over the african savanna giraffes outrages, zebra roam free. It was a fantastic time and recomend to all age levels.

Thisnis a behind the scenes up close and more personal with the African savannah and hippos and crocs. The cast members are ultra friendly, knowledgeable and safety conscious. The truck the small group of you travel in stops frequently for GREAT photos - don't be swayed to not bring your camera- I had my Nikon with a LONG lens and they said I'd be fine just wearing it around my neck, which is what our guides did. MUCH better pics than just on the truck tour for masses. We had 5 knowledgeable guides work with us, 2 throughout and 3 more who were knowledgeable about hippos and crocs. You can ask lots of questions.
The meal was great! And they take LOts of photos and you get to access the site and download them! All part of your package. Greta experience, and for the even more conservation conscious, disney matches your cost toward an animal of your choice. Highly recommend!!!, I was on the 11:45 tour and saw lots of animals, don't be hindered by available times that aren't first thing in the morning. GO!
