Honestly, I can’t think of any negatives except the wifi occasionally kicked me off and I had to log on again.
Check in was smooth even though it was before noon. The Concierge desk was helpful but not pushy. This was the second time there and we were looking forward to crashing for the 5 days. We were in or by the pool much of the week. Mornings from 8-10 the pools were deserted except for me swimming laps. The hot tub was sooo nice, hot and clean. As the sun came out hot the deck chairs started filling up but never had a problem finding a good place.
The rooms are well stocked with towels, toiletries, and all the kitchen equipment you might need. We never ate out that week. There are grills (gas and charcoal) down by the pool. I used the gas unit on two of the evenings. The beds are so cushy and the furniture comfortable that the relaxing came easily. I did not measure the TV in the livingroom but it was probably a 54".
I don’t give 5s easily, but I believe this place deserves it.
