When visiting Florida we usually just dine at places we know - we have fussy eaters in our group. We usually venture into the big chains such as TGI's or Tony Romas - on this trip we had not so great trips in either resterant. We travel down international drive on a daily basis and we said that we always pass millions of places we could eat in and never bother - so we decided to head into here. We are a group of 8 including 2 children so most of the time we have to wait to be seated. My husband went in and was told there was over 30 mins wait so he came back out again and was considering going elsewhere - the manager of the resterant came out and said if you want to wait a few mins she could seat us if we were happy to sit in the bar and be served by a barman rather than a waitress - we were more than happy with this so went in. We met our waitress and she was lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable and informative about the menu - she even talked my nephew out of waiting for McDonalds by offering to re-create a Mcflurry for him for pudding. When we were ordering from their extensive mouth watering menu she was able to reccomend things and even change our mind to order something else that she said was better or even cheaper! The food came and it was absolutly lovely. We could not fault any of our food at all. Me and my husband enjoy an argentinian steakhouse at home which is usually very expensive but he said his steak was better! The price was great too. Looking at what we would pay at home for what we ate it was less than half price. When ordering puddings we were warned that they were big - they were not wrong! They were big and yummy, definatly only need 1 between 2 or even 3 and 4 as they were huge. We are very sad there isn't one in London but look forward to visiting the one in New York.
