This place is simply spectacular. We were in building 15, with a 3rd floor room, facing the lake.
Let me start with the grounds. Lovely. Two large pools that are kept immaculate with lots of chairs and bars with food. Add to that a half-size soccer field, frisbee golf and bean bag toss sit right near the pools. Also in outside, but under cover, are billiards, foosball and ping pong.
And there are activities all the time. Family trivia, live alligator shows, hula hoop contests, karoke, and even a fantastic Polynesian night with a "fire spinner" and two hula dancers. My kids even said they'd skip going to the parks so that we had more time at the resort and pools.
Moving on to the rooms: We have a family of 5, and two bedrooms (King / Queen Queen) were spacious and comfortable. Washer/dryer combo IN THE ROOM. Loved that. Full kitchen too, so we saved a ton of money by shopping and eating in for half our meals.
Finally, the gated entry with always pleasant "guards" made us feel safe and secure.
The ONLY thing that might bother some people is the proximity to the interstate...it's close and when on our balcony it was sometimes noisy. But our view of the lake made us forget about it.More
