We stayed 2 nights at the Hampton Inn while visiting Disney. The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful! There was a wide variety of food for breakfast each morning. Great location for Disney. Thanks for the military discount, too! We will definitely stay there again.

When we first came to the hotel we noticed that the hotel was within blocks of Disney World. The hotel was a couple blocks away from the main road thus being quieter and easy to get out of. There was a courtesy shuttle that picked up guests in the morning to take them to Disney's Epcot. You can then from Epcot take the monorail to take you to a fairy boat that takes you to Magic Kindom. The fairy and monorail are free. So we saved on having to pay for parking at Disney. There is a Winn Dixie grocery store nearby and also a neat local ice cream shop close by as well. In the morning the hotel had a complimentry breakfast with had some variations each day. For example, they might have cheese and egg omlets with bacon one day and the next there would be western omlets with sausage links. The also had make your own Mickey Waffles every day! The kids really thought that was neat! They also had fresh oranges, pineapple, grapefruit cut up. They also had wrapped up apples and bananas that you could take with you to the theme parks. Coffee, cocoa, tea, etc. They also had cups with lids so you could take the drinks to go too. We also forgot sunscreen and asked the counter if they had a little store in the hotel to purchase the sunscreen and they did not; however the the front desk said that they did have complimentry sunscreen!!! The staff were all nice and very helpful. And did I mention that they had a concierge at the hotel to purchase tickets from! It cost $5 extra to purchase the tickets there, but WELL WORTH it to not have to deal with the lines at Disney. We got in so quick at Disney! They also sold tickets for other theme parks. The concierge was also very helpful at letting us know some other "local" hideouts for the family. Blue springs S.P. nearby had manatee mating season as well as Wekiwa S.P. alligators gallore!!! This was a great QUIET hotel! Beds were comfortable with plush pillows. Kids loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. No negatives to say. Hampton, you made our trip to Florida extra special!!!

What a great deal for the family. We spent time in a different hotel that was more than double the price and everything was al carte.Water was 4 bucks, candy bar was 2, everything was a pricey privledge. Even to park was nearly 11bucks a day.. If I could walk to the hotel why would I need a hotel? Then we arrive at your hotel. 3 kinds of coffee waiting for you, a big smile at the desk, easy check in. We especially ejoyed the breakfast it was better than being home because I didn't have to do the dishes. t was nice because it made our day so much easier and everyone got a great hot breakfast.

The Staff was super friendly and went out of there way and held our bags in the office for the day so they didn't have to sit in our car all day. Kudos do your staff and the next time we travel we will seek out your hotels from now on. Thanks for making our stay a great one.

We booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel is about 2 miles from Downtown Disney-very convenient. It is located on a palm/tree lined street that felt safe to us. We ventured out for walks along the street and felt safe here. The breakfast was OK. We felt the eggs left a little to be desired but there was fresh fruit, baked goods, cereal, waffles etc that were very good. If you have laundry to do, the laundry facilities at the hotel next door are available which is nice rather than having to find a laundromat. If you want a yummy dinner, we found the Black Angus steakhouse on the corner of Palm Parkway and Apopka-Vineland Rd to be very good! Right next to the Olive Garden and a nice walk from the hotel.
We would definitely stay here again. It is a nice hotel with some added amenities that served our purpose quite well

The hotel is in a very nice location, close to Disney and to the Orlando Premium Outlet- Vineland Avenue. A shuttle is provided to the Disney Parks (for free) and to Universal Studios and Island of Adventure (10 dollars for the return trip). The rooms are spacious and cozy. Further, the staff is extremely friendly!!

My only complaint concerns the towels available in the rooms. Although clean they look extremely old and should have already been replaced.

Hotel is nice, rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. Location is close to downtown Disney. Complimentary breakfast is decent. Weekdays they have breakfast on the run packages, which was a nice touch. Biggest complaint would be the towels, they are EXTREMELY old and limp. Closer to rags that I would use to clean up around the house. It is definitely time to replace those towels!!!!!
