We luckily found this on day 2 of our 2 week holiday, easy walking distance from international drive. Lovely cooked vegetarian and vegan food. Options of fresh salads, curries, Thai food, noodles, meat substitutes. All lovely! Great choice of vegan bakery items including blueberry muffins, chocolate muffins, yum yums, breakfast cookies, donuts, cheese cake. Lots of option of soya yoghurts and almond milks! Great to keep you stocked up if self catering on international drive.

Nice eating area outside and inside.

This is probably the best market in town to get healthy and organic food. The selection and variety of goods is quite impressive. Not only food is available there, you can easily buy natural cosmetics and household products.

There is also a lot of options for ready to eat meals like salads, hot/cold meat or sushi so a good alternative to eating out if you wish to safe a bit and eat at your own place.

What is important to keep in mind are quite high prices.Food to go will probably cost you similar to what you would pay if eating out eg small portion of sushi costs between 9-12 dollars.

In summary, that is definitely good place to shop considering the quality of food but be prepared to spend a bit more money.

I live in Dallas and hate them here. The selection of everything is better here !
Better food ,better wine. I don't understand why they are better in Orlando but they are.

How can you not love shopping and having a wine bar in the middle of the store? First of all, it’s Whole Foods so you can grab something great to eat and pay at the bar while you select your wine or beer. There’s also a super little menu at the bar with an awesome selection of grilled cheese sandwiches. Not your regular grilled cheese but gourmet, for example Swiss cheese with cherry compote or goat cheese with figs. On Mondays there’s a special on beer and a burger for $7.50.
Alternatively you can select from the salad and hot buffets. You can settle in with your food and pick a bottle of wine off the shelf for the bartender to open. Alternatively, choose from the bar’s by-the-glass offerings or the great selection of crafted beers.
A recent dinner there cost around $40 for two plates from the hot foods counter PLUS a good bottle of Bordeaux. The wine itself would have cost at least that elsewhere.
Service can be a bit slow because the wine/beer bar is an extension of the gelato bar. If it were up to me, I’d extend the bar into a horseshoe and move the gelato. But who am I?

We decided to grab a bite and pick up some groceries. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza which was decent but pricey for $15.99 for a large. Several nights later we stopped by and picked up a variety of fresh baked cookies which were delicious. The dark chocolate florentine and amaretto cookies were very good! My husband and teen son enjoyed a brownie, chocolate covered pretzel, and chocolate chip cookie. In future we would try the empanadas which looked delicious.
