Went for Florida -Miami football game weekend and used Hilton honors points to book room at this Disney Springs hotel. Perfect location for walking to Disney Springs as pedestrian bridge is at the corner of the Hilton property. Pool area was great. Nicely landscaped and not very busy making a relaxing afternoon before the game. The pool bar and grill was good and the service was great. Blackened grouper sandwich was excellent. Marketplace was good with plenty of choices and staff was very friendly. The rooms do need some updating as this was one of the first Disney area hotels overall a very pleasant stay and would book again

Second year in a row we’ve stayed here. All the perks of a Disney hotel without Disney being in your face 24x7. Plan to stay here each time we visit Mickey. Free shuttle to the parks and easy walk to Disney Springs even with little ones (7 & 4). Great Hilton in the middle of it all.

I have just checked into the Hilton and we are considering leaving—they tried to charge me $595 for hotel fees and put a hold on my card. I still paid over $350 for hotel fees—-and we have a terrible room—small—and over looks a highway and parking lot. This is a terrible start to our trip. I booked at the (in construction) Best Western in April and it was cheaper and way better—-Don’t waste your money here!!!!

We had to wait awhile to check in, but service was good. Rooms are older-I had a Queen JR Suite and the carpets were stained, dirty and furniture as well. That said, bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. I loved the location for an easy walk into Disney Springs. The pool area was clean and thankfully quiet. The marketplace to purchase food and other items was well stocked and the desserts in the display case looked amazing. I would stay here again.

We stayed on the tenth floor in the largest double room I have ever been in. It was beaatiful. The Dusney buses were very convenient and ran smoothly. The pools are very well maintained as well. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
