We paid for three rooms, all with King beds. Upon checking into our room hidden basically in the the stairwell, it was not a king, reeked of old food left in the room. Called and tried to move, we were informed by Mr. Lopez he was in charge and was unable to do any thing as far as compensation. Did I say also that young Deca groups were running a muck up and down the halls. Never, ever bring business clients here, stay downtown Orlando where customer service counts!

I went to this hotel as part of a national conference for hospitality. As a hotel administration student, I may be more critical than the average traveler. To start off, check-in went pretty smoothly considering the size of the group I was traveling with. The property has a very nice layout design, and location within the Walt Disney World Resort. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Room keys needed to constantly be renewed which was a little annoying. I interacted with the operator on numerous occasions and they all seemed to be a little on the rude side and not very helpful with my questions/requests. Pool area was nice although, as mentioned in previous reviews, one of the pools is currently undergoing a renovation.
Upon departure, we decided to store our luggage with the hotel. Their system is horrible! The bellmen actually took us to the luggage closet to go find our luggage ourselves! This property is huge and the amount of luggage in that room was overwhelming. It was a hassle to find our own things in this closet that was not really organized.
Overall the experience was just average. Nothing horrifying but nothing stellar either.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. It was a pleasure to serve you and nice to know that we share a common passion for hospitality. We're always looking for ways to improve our daily operations and your keen eye for excellent service and stellar accommodations will not go unrecognized, as we address your comments with our staff. We want guests to feel welcome and taken care of from the moment they step through our doors and well past the moment they step out. I apologize for the customer service issues you had with our front office and that the luggage system used was unacceptable. We hope that you'll give us another chance to show you our true hospitality. Good luck with your future endeavors and I wish you a successful journey in the hotel industry.

Kind regards,
James Grosso

Matched here on Priceline, got a good deal, when I had to take care of an unexpected extra night in Orlando. Located across street from Downtown Disney, where the WDW bus system basically means you are connected by free transport to anywhere in WDW. Hotel is on the old side for Orlando, I think the building was one of the few original ones built in 70s when only Magic Kingdom was at WDW. But, the property has been kept up well, and the resort has many options on the property for all kinds of things. Prices for food and such pretty good by WDW standards. Would not pay a huge amount to stay here, but if rate competitive with other options, or even if only nearly so, this place is hard to beat.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing Disney to see the fireworks at Epcot each night. Some first floor rooms open onto patio on lawn. There is a mandatory resort fee, added even if book room via Priceline.

Check in was fast and clerk was attentive and friendly. We had 2 rooms for our family, both were extremely clean, very well appointed and the best water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotels restaurants were very good. Andiamo, their Italian one was very good and reasonably priced. They also have a Benihana, one of our families favorites, which was excellent. Starbucks was offered complimentary each morning.
Location was convenient to attractions.
Internet was sketchy and although we didn't have time to swim, one of the pools was being renovated, it would have been nice to have been told whan making the reservation. We would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are very nice. We stayed the first weekend of Feb for the third time in a year. Please do not use their valet service that they have contracted out. We had an issue, after much runaround, unanswered phone calls and pretty much a hands off approach from Hilton, got no where. They will not take responsibility nor even apologize. Again, the location of the hotel and the rooms are very nice and we love staying there but the way Hilton has handled our issues, I feel like we cant go back. Just be careful and inspect your vehicle before and especially after your stay.
