Bob started the night out with absolutely fantastic service, from the greeting, tips on the menu, and excellent attention to the details. All the support staff excelled. From the wonderful warm crispy topped bread, alligator shaped butter, lightly fried Oysters, sweet Lobster dipped in steaming butter. Oh that was just the beginning! Friends enjoyed perfectly cooked Filets, over the top Porterhouse steak, cooked to perfection Black Snapper with a wonderful buttery caper sauce and did I mention the Lobster! Yes, it is worth another mention. A complimentary desert buffet brought to our table topped off the evening with a taste of cheesecake, key lime pie, creme brulee and chocolate mousse. Truly fantastic meal, highly recommended.

Dear Linda A,

We're so happy and gratified that you enjoyed your dining experience with us at A Land Remembered.

Our staff works hard to make each guest's visit a memorable experience. Our chefs take great care to insure each dish is perfectly prepared and artfully displayed -- from the alligator butter to all of our entrees to our many desserts.

We see you're an Orlando local and want to remind you that we have a preferred dining card. If you didn't pick one up when you recently dined with us, make sure you get one the next time you're in. We think you'll find it useful and the dining discount even more of an incentive to become one of our valued loyal guests.

If we can do anything to make a future experience even better, please don't hesitate to ask. We look forward to hosting you again soon!

Sincerely,

We reached the Shingle Creek hotel and after an almost 23 hours flights , we were hungry and very tired. We reached this hotel in the nearby area of the hotel and we got the most tasty Caesar Salad and great steak for my husband and a nice slice of salmon for me.those dishes were served with very nice asparagus !
The director of the restaurant came and spoke with us and he was very nice !
We would like to thank him for a nice talk and a great meal!

We are thrilled that we could treat you to a nice meal after such a long day of travelling. The salmon is an excellent choice. It is always a hit with our guests.

Even though it’s a long flight, we hope you will dine with us again on your next visit to Orlando.

This was our second visit for Christams Eve dinner and the 2nd time around was just as awesome as the 1st! Simo was our server on both occassions and he is a ROCKSTAR!! We started with the crab cake app - two 100% lump meat Boca Grande Crab Cake (Scallion Aioli & Red Chili Pepper Glaze) - the enitre table loved them. And the bread they bring for the table is SO YUMMY! I personally had the Baked Onion Soup and it was DELICIOUS! Full of wonderfully seasoned broth and onions topped with just the right amount of baked cheese, I could have eaten 2 bowls! Next for me was the Pine Island Steakhouse Salad (Iceberg Wedge Lettuce, Creamy Gorgonzola, Heirloom Tomato, Bacon, Shaved Red Onion, Chopped Egg) - which was more than enough for 2 people - although I didnt share it and am not ashamed, it was delish!! Next for me was the 8oz Filtet cooked to a perfect medium with a side of bernaise sauce - it was the most tender steak I have ever eaten! My husband had the 20oz Bone in Rib Eye with a side of the Gator Drool Beer Braised Collard Greens - he absolutely LOVES those collards!

This was such a pleasant evening and Simo is ALWAYS a wonderful server! This is the perfect special occasion spot & we will for sure be back!!

The food and service was fantastic. The portions very large - so don't fill up with starters and do not order more than one side. It is very pricey!!!!

Robert, our waiter was fantastic and so was the food. We had a few items so we could test each other's choices. Onion soup was voted one of the best. Grilled romaine was tasty. Filet was cooked perfectly & had a nice flavor with the roasted garlic. Spinach was bitter & received the lowest votes of diners. Asparagus with hollandaise was surprisingly tender. Something you don't often get with extra large pieces. The skirt steak arrived with chimmichuri sauce on the side. We were glad it came on the side because it was a strong, oily sauce. The meats was so tasty that we felt that great flavor would have been overwhelmed with the sauce.
