Room was clean, tiles and ceiling in bathroom need some renovation, but shower was good and overall clean. It is just worth it to stay at a Disney resort, from the options of getting the bus to the parks, or driving and not paying for parking, and the fact that you get completely immerse in the Walt Disney world.

I love pop, its the nostalgia of it all, it takes ya back to when you were a kid, and you look at the boxes in the lobby and see all of toys and games, and you get to show your kids ,its just fun.The pool is huge, and the rooms are nice. Perfect for a value. The main thing i like is having your own bus,no having to share with other hotels. The huge characters are a plus too!

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at Pop Century. Of the three, this time was the most lacking with the extra "Disney Magic." Don't get me wrong, we were very satisfied with the resort. We love all the things that were available to us. It's just that in years past, in our room each day the housekeeping would do little extras to make us feel special. This time, housekeeping forgot to even come to our room TWICE during the week. We were calling for clean towels at 1 AM after we returned from being in the parks all day. If you're looking for a great value resort at Disney, you cannot go wrong with Pop Century. We will definitely return to give them another chance.

We have stayed at Pop Century several times. We are always pleased with everything...from location.. to prices...to service. It's always great at POP. They now...as we have heard...have refrigerators in all the rooms...which is great since most people have some sort of food that need to be kept cold. Now, they just need small microwaves in all the rooms to be perfect. We loved the white down comforters! It never leaves a question of whether they are clean or not!

Room Tip: We like the option of selecting preferences when checking in on-line...and we usually get what we re...

Positive: The hotel was exactly what I expected. I loved the huge pieces of decade memorabilia that perfectly represents each era. It is a value resort, but all of the fun novelty that one wants when experiencing Disney World makes it perfectly acceptable. The multiple specially designed pools are perfect. Not crowded. The rooms are simple, but clean. Buses are frequent. Location is neutral to local restaurants and shopping.

Negative: Most of the staff is unfriendly and/or rude. One lady, Nicole, at the front desk was kind and helpful, and the asst. manager seemed to care when I called and complained. The restaurant staff glared and was blatantly rude, same with housekeeping (with the exception of one person). The staff could ruin the experience if you dwell on it. Thankfully, Disney is such a happy place that you tend to overlook more than you would anyplace else. That should not be the case, since Disney's prices at any resort reflect the fact that every guest SHOULD EXPECT to receive happy, friendly, exemplary service.

my 6 year old niece and I stayed at Pop Resort 6/13-6/15/2014 and it WAS a magical experience. If you think you can't afford a Disney vacation try booking though Disney (mydisneyexperience.com). The meal plan alone saved tons of money. $20 for 1 adult (breakfast, snack, drink, dinner and $9 for a child under 9 years for the same. The room rate was great so take in consideration of the size of the room and beds. The beds are lumpy and the pillows are depressing. The towels are thin and small. I wouldn't consider it 5 star but it was enough for us to sleep after a day at the park. The pool was great and had a bar! The thing I appreciated most was the number of lifeguards on duty and the attention they paid to the children in the pool. Not to mention, the entertainment. The grounds are very, very clean. The staff is beyond excellent. Even the groundskeeper tell you hello. You couldn't help but walk with a skip in your step. Transportation to the parks was a breeze (better than driving on your own) One complaint, as I saw from others, no coffee pot. If you are traveling alone with a small child, it's very difficult to get a cup of coffee to get your morning started. But, I will be back!

Pop Century.....up to 4 person occupancy room with two double beds (mistakenly assumed they were queen size, cause, really??? Double beds for 4 adults, seriously???) Only available amenities in room were a tiny fridge, hair dryer, TV and iron. No microwave, no coffee pot, no bell hop type service or cart to help you hall multiple bags from your car in only two available parking lots approx 400 yards, further in some cases to your room......WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. ROOMS WAAAAAAYYYYYYY TOO SMALL!!

Room Tip: Bring earplugs, as the walls are VERY thin! You can hear EVERYTHING upstairs and next door.
