Nice and clean.
No luxury, but great location and nice hotel.
During off-season the price is the same as most hotels downtown Orlando.
In my opinion even if you are staying in a disney hotel you should rent a car, the buses to the parks are convenient, but the lines to return to the hotel and terrible.

This was my first time staying onsite at a Disney hotel and it was a good experience. Small issue with the wrong room type when we get to our room but we had just booked a standard room, within a few minutes of calling they gave us another room to go to. The room was small but it was clean bed wasn't bad and it was pretty much on par with hampton inn-Fairfield inn etc.. Ask for a lake view room if you want quieter as the inside facing rooms to the hotel are on the noisier side. All the corridors are exterior which I'm not a big fan of because then if you leave the blinds open anyone can look in but keep them closed it's like a cave all day. Buses were fine most wait times were less than ten minutes (although cover the bus stops disney!!) Overall for a value resort I'd stay again.

I like this value Disney hotel, with its pop culture theme it's fun for everyone. I booked this hotel at the end of December with the winter rate of $85 a night for my January stay! Can't beat that! Stay on Disney property, free pick-up to/from airport and free shuttle buses to/from the parks. I recommend booking through Disney. We arrived around 10:00 a.m. and a room was available so we took our bags to the room then hit the parks! I liked that the room had a refrigerator, we'd buy our sodas at the end of the day from the cafeteria and were ready to start the next day w/out having to stop for anything. I like the décor. Overall a good stay!

We've stayed at this resort many times. The price is competitive with other area hotels, yet offers all of the conveniences of staying at Disney. The Grand Hall which has the food court, check in, and little shop is a short walk from even the furthest building. The celebration of pop culture is seen through giant sculptures that encase the staircases while it is heard through decades of musical hits played throughout the resort. The bus waits aren't particularly fast, but are not lagging either and the system is reliable. The pools and great hall offer family activities throughout the day. Parking is ample, and employees are all incredibly helpful and happy.

First off, this place is amazing and colorful! This resort is very unique in the design and architecture in all the cool displays, giant statues, and other colorful replicas that our nation's country have seen over the last few decades.

This resort is large, as it can take anywhere from 5-10 minutes walking distance to reach the lobby of the resort (Which stores the gift shop, arcade, food court, check-in, buses to the parks, etc.). Once you do reach the lobby, there's lots of space for checking out the resort's amenities and walking around.

The rooms are small but clean. Be prepared if you go as a family to pack accordingly and figure out the bathroom schedule. There isn't a lot of space to relax, so be prepared to use the room for sleeping and showering. The beds are a little hard, but at the end of the day after visiting a Disney theme park you don't mind it so much.

The resort is LOUD! This a very much kid-friendly resort and that will be experienced. Guests and their children will walk by the room and you will hear EVERYTHING as they pass. The pools are filled with kids, and the resort overall doesn't offer a quiet environment.

Buses to the parks. This resort offers transportation to all of the parks, but be prepared to be loaded up with quite a few of the other guests that are staying at this same resort as you. This is a popular resort, so take the time to transport and plan ahead, there maybe times you will miss a bus because there's too many people.

Room Tip: Try to get your room on the top floor to get a quieter room/less noise as people pass your room.
