Stayed from august 19th to the 29th. The room was very clean and we had no problem with space and there was three adults and one child. The food court had a good selection of meals. The buses were great and never had to wait long. The longest wait was about ten minutes. We had a fourth floor room which we requested. We were in the 80's section just behind roger rabbit. The pool was right there also. The staff were all very friendly and helpful if you had any questions. Would stay here again in a minute. We didnt hear alot of noise from other rooms and the beds were very comfortable.

Room Tip: I faxed a letter to them four days before we were to arrive and asked for a fourth floor room in a pool section. Got both.

I read all the reviews before my trip so this my review, hope it helps. The Good - This place is adorable, better than the pictures. The rooms are clean and the grounds are kept nice. I loved the transportation to the parks. The longest we waited for a bus was under 10 minutes. The staff were also very friendly. The Bad - the food court was crowded no matter what time you get there and the food is just so-so. We had a room in the 60's building which is very convenient to the food and the bus stops however its noisy during the day, the hotel does a dance/games pool party for the kids which can be great, unless you want to take a nap.. But I have to say it was quiet at night, I didn't hear anyone at the pool . Overall I would stay here again to save money (which we did) and use the money to eat at nice dining places at the parks where we had most of our fun! Book this hotel and make lunch/dinner reservations!

hotel was very very basic. two small beds, very small pillows. the rooms had paper thin walls as i can tell it's around 6-7 am in the morning as i can hear the neighbors taking a shower next door. our room was facing the pool and staying on the 3rd floor can hear the people in the pool very clearly.

our walk to the shuttle bus was very convenient (only a few minutes). buses ran often. most of the time only needed to wait 5-10 min. very impressed with the service. the food quality at the hotel was average. somewhat expensive for the price you pay and somewhat small portions. however, buy a refillable mug was definetly worth the $15.

so is it better to stay right at the resort? yes and no because most hotels outside disneyworld provide free breakfast and free transportation via greyhound bus. even renting a car is quite cheap so driving to disneyworld may be faster even though you need to pay for parking $14.

bottom line, if your not very particular about hotel, and convenience is what you more concerned about, then this may be the place for you

we believe this is not a 4+ hotel, but for the price you pay you get the following:

- A clean room and your bath accessories (Shampoo, soaps, etc.) are daily replaced.
- Free transportation from the resort to any Disney's park and Disney's downtown.
- Free parking in the resort and the parks.

Perhaps the cons we could add are:

- Beds were uncomfortable
- The room location, in front of the swimming pool, gets noisy at morning and night.

So, we would say that if you are planning a trip to Disney World with friends or family this is a very nice place to stay and be sure to get a room not to close the swimming pool.

Room Tip: Be sure to buy a souvenir thermo, it can be refilled with soda, coffe, tea, etc. through Disney's resorts and some parks too.

Our family group of 7 ages 6-86 spent 6 nights at Pop Century.
Rooms: clean, double beds we put one small child and one adult in each bed. No way would it be comfortable for 2 adults. Housekeeping was very good we had towel animals upon arrival but not again for the rest of the visit. I really liked the privacy curtain between the bathroom sink area and the rest of the room. You can adjust the AC but only down to 68, however the room was always nice and cool.

Pools: CLEAN! and there were events and games all day long at the main pool which the kids really enjoyed. Poolside bar was also nice for a cocktail after a hot day in the park. Very attentive lifeguards

Foodcort: clean, lots of variety of decent but not gourmet food. We purchased the refillable mugs and they paid for themselves after 6 fills. This was easily done with coffee for the adults, hot cocoa for the kids and soda. We were on the dining plan and would grab a bottle of water as our meal drink and then just fill our mugs with soda. Then we would take the bottled water with us into the parks.

Giftshop: good variety and when our son lost his tooth they gave me a little wooden toothshaped box for the tooth fairy! You have to ask for it but they sell quarts of liquor for $12-$14 which was much cheaper than the pool bars $7 a cocktail!

Check-in: quick and easy we had done the online check in ahead of time so it only took us about 5 minutes.

Bus Service: To the parks never waited more than 10 minutes. Late night from the park to the hotel could be a long wait. We on occasion took a taxi for $10-$15 to avoid the lines.
